About this house rental
This old farmhouse of 300 m² completely renovated, is ideally located to benefit from a panoramic view of the Morvan massif. In the heart of an enclosed 160-hectare forest park, you will benefit exclusively from this entire space where you will rub shoulders with different species of animals such as deer, fallow deer or deer. Some wild boars may also be present.
A beautiful and unique animal show. A small pond at the bottom of the garden is freely accessible and occupied by a few ducks.
With seven bedrooms, each with independent bathrooms and WCs, including one on the ground floor, this accommodation can accommodate 14 people. The majority of the bedrooms have two 90x200 cm beds to allow them to be joined or separated. On the ground floor, a large room of over 100m², with American kitchen, dining room, fireplace and living room benefits from a large picture window with a 360 ° view of the Morvan.
Calm and tranquility will allow you to rest and recharge your batteries with family or friends. Long walks in the woods or towards the river flowing at the bottom of the property will enhance your days. On foot or by mountain bike, you can use the many paths at your disposal.
A heated swimming pool from June to September will allow you to soak up the sun before settling down around a barbecue to taste the grilled meats of Charolais specialties from the region.
If you wish, you can also rent a house of 175 m² comprising, upstairs, two bedrooms with private bathrooms and wc and a large room on the ground floor, for an additional 50% of your billing. For your comfort and peace of mind, this house will not be rented to another tenant during your presence in the area.
