Apartment on the ground floor of a three-family villa in a residential center of villas near the large ring road of Rome. The machine is recommended for the position of the villa. The accommodation offers guests the ultimate comfort for both the accuracy of the interior for both the green surroundings as well as for the perfect garden to enjoy the most of the freshness of the Roman evenings or relaxing after a day trip to the center. The property is located within an elegant residential complex, close to one of the most important commercial center of the capital. The center of Rome is easily accessible in just 30 minutes by car via the A1 motorway entrance near accommodation. This is the ideal starting point not only to visit the capital of Italy, the "eternal city" with its Roman Forum, the Pantheon, the famous Colosseum Flavian Amphitheatre (to mention only some of the things to do) is to spend a day at the nearby Lake Bracciano (30 km) or the sea (Fregene: 30 km). Golfers can play a round at Olgiata which is only 14 km. Rome Fiumicino Airport: 40 km. Attention you must pay on the spot a tourist tax of € 3.50 per day per person.

Casa molto pulita, non lontana dal centro in un centro residenziale di ville. La fermata della metro a circa 3 km e un buon ristorante pizzeria a 3 minuti a piedi

Merci pour le séjour dans cet appartement. Très fonctionnel pour nous, car proche du centre de Rome et de la mer. Nous avons pu faire découvrir une nouvelle région d Italie à nos enfants en profitant du coin repos le soir (pas de problème de bruit) notre propriétaire nous a bien conseillé des le départ et nous avons pu visiter Rome sans problème de stationnement exorbitant. N hésitez pas le cadre est sympa et les villes environnantes superbes. Encore merci.

Maison très agréable dans quartier résidentiel très joli et verdoyant. Un très joli coin nature, temps magnifique toute la semaine. Très bien accueillis à notre arrivée. Propriétaires très gentils et souriants. Roma est magique et magnifique. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation. L'Italie reste l'une de nos destinations préférées.
