About this house rental
At Domaine Pré Joly, you will be welcomed as if you were at a hotel and can benefit from a personalized concierge service.
High-end bedding, hotel services, large private heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, air conditioning, spacious pool house, large outdoor spaces (terraces, garden, large secure parking), bicycle rental, wine cellar, cleaning included, linens provided.
The Domaine is ideally located 10 minutes from the Avignon ramparts, the Popes' Palace and the famous Avignon Bridge, 7 minutes from Avignon airport and 20 minutes from the TGV train station.
The building dates from the 19th century and is located on a 5000 m2 property, where our main residence is also located. The two houses are completely independent.
It has been tastefully restored in 2014 in a contemporary style but retaining its charm. It houses a large living room, a lounge with television, a fully equipped kitchen (induction hotplate, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, fridge, wine cellar, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, electric coffee maker, kettle, toaster), daytime toilets, and upstairs, 3 bedrooms with bathroom (Italian shower) and private toilets, flat screen television.
The house is fully air-conditioned, equipped with a home automation system and a music server.
All the rooms are equipped with a double bed (2 beds in 180, 1 bed in 160).
For your comfort, we provide linen: sheets, towels and bath towels for the swimming pool.
Outside, you can enjoy a large garden, eat in the shade of the terrace, treat yourself to a moment of relaxation in the swimming pool with submerged beach (heated from May to September), or enjoy the jacuzzi (all the year).
You will have the opportunity to play a game of "pétanque" on the bocce area, play ping-pong (ping-pong table and rackets available to vacationers), or discover the surroundings by bike (bikes available).
Regular cleaning of bathrooms and bedrooms (included).
Free Wifi (available throughout the property).
Thanks to our partners, we offer a wide range of services on request (chef at home, baby-sitter, guided tour of the region, visit of the cellars and wine route, beautician at home...).

Beautiful property and gracious hosts. Perfect home base for day trips to Avignon and the surrounding area. We loved coming home to this relaxing villa and being able to enjoy the grounds of the property as well. Highly recommend!!

What a perfect sanctuary for our family during our stay in Provence! Our group consisted of a couple, a baby, and baby’s grandma.First, the place is pristine and spacious. If you hadn’t told me people actually live here I’d think it was a model home or something. I didn’t realize the rooms would be so well appointed and roomy based on photos and was pleasantly surprised to find all bedroom and bathrooms very comfortable and nicely sized. A crib fits in any of the bedrooms with room to spare.Second, Anne and Carolina were lovely to interact with and so welcoming of our baby and all of us! Traveling with a 1 year old for 20 hours is a bit of a marathon to say the least and I was running on fumes when we arrived, but they were so patient. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. And we’re kind of obsessed with the adorable golden retriever who belongs to Carolina.Finally, the grounds are outrageously beautiful. It’s just like the photos, but even more grand because the photos don’t quite capture the size of the lawn or pool.Highly recommend, and if I ever come back to Avignon I’d book here again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed our stay and our hosts were very friendly and courteous. Nicely decorated and beautiful yard. One thing to note is the owners live on the property which is not disclosed on the listing. They maintained our privacy but it did make us a little self conscious at first when the kids were playing in the yard and making too much noise. They stated the pool would be heated but it was cold. The hot tub was on sometimes and other nights it was not. The owner has control so a late night soak was not always possible. There is only a washing machine, no dryer for clothes which created a much longer time spent to do laundry (and work to hang on the line and remember to bring in before any inclement weather). There is also no coat closet at the entry so it always felt a little messy hanging jackets on the chairs etc. rooms have very limited closet room and drawers for storing so pack conservatively. All in all we had a great stay and enjoyed Carolina, Anne and Vincent. We spent time near the end with them and they were gracious and lovely hosts. We manage/host many properties ourselves in Cabo San Lucas so we are always a little more picky than the average.
