This rustic yet charming villa, perfect for 8 guests, is located in the wonderful area of Crestatx. It offers all the comforts of home, ensuring your vacation will be an unforgettable experience.
The true gem of this beautiful house is, without a doubt, its garden: a true oasis full of flowers, trees, and other plants that create a romantic and serene atmosphere. The very spacious terrace is the ideal place to enjoy a summer dinner or an unforgettable barbecue with your family and friends. Directly in front of the house, a refreshing private swimming pool measuring 11 x 5 meters presents itself as the perfect refuge for warm summer days. For your safety and privacy, the property is completely fenced and surrounded by hedges, although you will have close neighbours.
The single-story villa offers a rustic and cosy atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a relaxed holiday. You can sit on one of the comfortable sofas in the living-dining room, equipped with air conditioning, and enjoy a good book, watch television, or simply take a refreshing nap. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your stay, and for added convenience, you'll also find an iron, ironing board, and washing machine. For rest, the house has one bedroom with a double bed and three bedrooms with two single beds each, complemented by two bathrooms, both with bathtubs. Additionally, the house has three fans for your comfort.
The nearest sandy beaches, Puerto de Alcúdia and Playas de Muro, are just a 20-minute drive away, and their fine sand and moderate waves make them perfect for families with children. Very close by car, you can also visit the charming village of Pollença, a true gem where artists and writers found inspiration in the past. Even today, you can feel its essence as you stroll through its narrow cobbled streets. Don't miss iconic places like the Roman Bridge and El Calvari, a small hermitage atop a hill in the center of the village, accessed by climbing 365 steps; the views from above are well worth the effort!

As we drove to the entrance of Pins we could not believe how pretty , spacious , quiet and lucky we were to be spending a week there. The house was pretty big , clean and having 2 bathrooms was a real luxury on a holiday for 4. The area is stunning , with large hills in the distance behind the house and a long , quiet residential road to the front. The villa and gardens cover a large,private space so we felt we were getting a lot for our money....even our own pool which was large enough for a proper swim every morning. It really was perfect and no fuss about arriving /departing...just a key code. Only problem was rain for the first 3 days... but luckily it improved !

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist für den Preis wirklich super. Man kann problemlos kochen und grillen, der Pool ist groß und die Terrasse bietet viel Platz. Angeblich gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeiten, aber man kann das Auto problemlos in der Einfahrt abstellen.
Teilweise war die Einrichtung schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es gab kleinere Mängel. Auch der Garten wirkte an manchen Stellen etwas vernachlässigt, besonders hinterm Haus. Allerdings hat sich nichts davon negativ ausgewirkt. Das einzig Störende war die recht hohe Anzahl an Mücken.

Sehr schöner ruhiger Garten mit tollem Pool. Ganzes Anwesen gepflegt und sauber. Einrichtung innen rustikal.
