In a hamlet, between land and sea, renovated house with heated pool from April 15 to September 30 and a park of 4300m²

I will have the pleasure to welcome you and give you the keys from 17h.

In the rdc a room of life of 65m ² with entirely equipped kitchen, room, living room, Internet and a room180x200 (possibility to separate the beds) with shower with the Italian and independent TOILET, a buanderie and garage

Upstairs 4 bedrooms including 3 with walk-in shower and toilet and in addition separate toilet.
The beds will be made upon arrival and towels will be available.
Outside, terrace with garden furniture, parasol, barbecue and deck chair.
The pool is heated from April 15th to September 30th with a mobile shelter.

Amazing - such a lovely house and worked perfectly for three generations. Josiane our host had hought of everything to make our stay very comfortable and very well equipped. The house is situated in a peaceful location with two supermarkets a few miles away. The nearest town Baud has ample shops for locals and visitors. There are many beautiful towns and beaches located 30 mins or less to visit by car. The swimming pool on the grounds is the icing on the cake!! The pool can be used in all weathers. We were very sad to leave the holiday house and we highly recommend it as a perfect holiday stay. Thank you.

Firstly Josiane is a lovely lady very friendly and helpful showed our group around the property and explained everything we needed to know.Beautiful house nice and quiet area only 5km from Baud handy for shopping in supermarket swimming pool outstanding and gardens immaculate quality of fittings and finish inside house 5 star photos on website do not do house justice I would stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending this property to family and friends thank you Josiane for a lovely holiday in Brittany France

We loved our stay,the property was amazing and just like home from home. The pool was a great size for 8 of us and the garage was full of garden games and activities that kept us all entertained. The owner was lovely and very accommodating with all our needs,any issues she was with us within half an hour. Can’t rate this property enough,also close half an hour away from a beautiful sandy beach and harbour.

Super groot en zeer compleet huis. Zoals je het op de foto ziet, zo is het ook echt. Aan alles is gedacht, je kan het zo gek niet bedenken of het is er. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen en alles werd uitgebreid uitgelegd . Het zwembad was geweldig, verwarmd en het kon overdekt worden. Heerlijk als het niet zo warm is. Het ligt wel afgelegen, maar binnen 10 minuten ben je in het dichtbijzijnde dorp, Baud. We hadden een heerlijke vakantie, bedankt Josiane!

Wir waren mit einer sehr altersgemischten Gruppe unterwegs und alle haben sich SEHR wohl gefühlt. Ein Luxushaus, was hält, was die Fotos versprechen. Das geht los beim Inventar, von allem ist reichlich da, es fehlt kein Küchengerät, alles sehr modern und sehr sauber. Es geht weiter mit einer sehr geschmackvollen Einrichtung und einem sehr gepflegten Anwesen drumherum. Und als i-Tüpfel obendrauf haben sich die netten Vermieter sofort gekümmert, sobald ein kleines Problemchen auftauchte! Vielen Dank für zwei sehr erholsame Wochen!! Caroline

A l'extérieur: vénérable maison familiale dans un environnement bucolique. A l'intérieur: décoration d'un goût irréprochable digne d'un hôtel cinq étoiles et aménagements d'une modernité surprenante. Tout est grand, tout est propre, tout est extrêmement bien pensé. Excellente literie, chauffage efficace et précis. Accueil chaleureux par la propriétaire. Bref, dommage qu'on ne puisse pas aller au-delà de "cinq" dans l'appréciation.

Wir haben mit 10 Personen zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem Luxus Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt. Es fehlt einfach nichts. Geschirr, Küchenutensilien, Handtücher, Föhn in jedem der vielen Bäder, alles ist vorhanden und von bester Qualität. Es gibt fünf Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten. Josiane setzt bei allem auf höchste Qualität. Zudem ist der Empfang und die Betreuung vorbildlich. Das Grundstück ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Pool ist einfach traumhaft und sehr groß. Unsere Teenager waren ständig im Wasser. Dazu ist die Umgebung landschaftlich sehr reizvoll. Das nahegelegene Baud ist ein lebhafter kleiner Ort, der eine Vielzahl wirklich guter Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bietet. Zudem gibt es sehr gute und nette Restaurants. Auch das Meer ist gut erreichbar und es gibt viele historische Stätten und Orte in der Umgebung. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Ein besseres Ferienhaus gibt es nicht!

Dieses Haus ist ein Traum! Wir waren schon in sehr vielen Ferienhäusern, aber dieses toppte alles. Als wir herzlich inklusive einem kulinarischen Geschenkekorb und Sekt empfangen wurden, konnte ich immer nur wieder "wow" sagen! Dieses haus blitzte vor Sauberkeit, es gab kein einziges Staubkorn, alles war super geputzt. Inklusive allen Fenstern, Lampen, Schränken innen und außen, Kühlschrank, Herd, das Pooldach...alles war blitzblank! Und sooooo schön eingerichtet. Ich dachte, das Haus sei neu gebaut und wir die ersten Mieter, aber nein, es sei wohl schon seit 5 Jahren ein Ferienhaus?!? Und dann ging es weiter mit so vielen Raffinessen...das fängt schon an, dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad hat, am Pool ein Extrabad mit Dusche und WC ist, dann gibt es einen Zentralstaubsauger, elektrische Rollos in jedem Raum, die per Schalter einzeln, etagenweise oder im ganzen Haus geschlossen werden, das Garagentor öffnet sich per Fernbedienung, die Küchengeräte sind topmodern und alles ist da: Waage, Moulinex, Auflaufformen, Mixer...es hat uns an einfach gar nichts gefehlt! Der Pool ist riesig...wir waren zu neunt da und im Pool war immer noch Platz (obwohl da auch noch viele aufgeblasene Schwimmtiere von uns schwammen). Es gibt zahlreiche Sonnenliegen, einen super Sitzplatz draußen, einen Grill, große schwenkbare Sonnenschirme! Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert - es gibt tolle Betten, kuschelige Decken, verschiedenste Kopfkissen, kuschlige Handtücher inklusive Poolhandtüchern, das Geschirr ist hübsch und nicht zusammengestückelt, aber sehr reichlich. Wir hatten zu neunt nie Not. (was häufig ein Problem in Ferienhäusern ist) Das Haus liegt einsam mit 3 anderen Häusern mitten in der Natur, von den Nachbarn haben wir nichts mitbekommen, man hörte eigentlich nur Naturgeräusche. Die Touristenmengen sind weit weg. man muss ein bisschen fahren, aber in 30-60 Minuten haben wir auch viele touristische Attraktionen bzw. das Meer erreicht. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr nett, sie sprachen englisch, hielten sich im Hintergrund, aber waren stets ansprechbar. Als wir einen Arzt brauchten, reichte eine SMS und wir bekamen sofort sämtliche Daten und Hilfe. Im Haus liegt auch eine ausführliche Infomappe. Der Pool wurde in den 2 Wochen gereinigt, der Rasen gemäht. Also was soll ich sagen...es war alles perfekt und ich hoffe, das Haus ist immer ausgebucht, außer natürlich wenn wir wieder hin wollen! ich könnte noch stundenlang schwärmen...vielen Dank!!!!!

Wij hebben een heerlijke 2 weken gezinsvakantie ( grootouders/kinderen en 4 kleinkinderen) doorgebracht in deze mooie, rustig gelegen en comfortabele woning. Alles was voorzien om het ons gemakkelijk te maken, zoals een tweede koel/vrieskast in de garage. Het zwembad was heerlijk en heeft elke dag ( ook bij minder mooi weer) zijn dienst bewezen. Het was een hele geruststelling dat de overkapping op slot kon, zodat de kinderen verder ook in de tuin konden spelen. De afstand tot de kust is misschien wat groot maar binnen de 45 min ben je op verschillende bezienswaardigheden, wij hebben ons alleszins geen moment verveeld. Ook zijn er mooie wandelingen te maken in de onmiddelijke omgeving.

A wonderful house in a fascinating region

I stayed with friends for one week in this beautiful villa in July 2017. The house is in a very quiet and peaceful location in the countryside, near to the nice village of Baud. The western cost of Brittany is just 30 minutes far from the house, which is strategically placed to explore the region with its typical villages. The house is wonderful, nicely furnished and equipped with all the necessary appliances (fridge, cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, big-screen TV, garage, etc.) and with five spacious and comfortable rooms, each with private bathroom. Outside we also enjoyed the big garden with terrace and the heated swimming-pool, which was a further delight during our vacation. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Wonderful experience, you won’t regret if you book here!
