The accommodation is in a top location. You literally fall straight out of the door onto the beach via the promenade. The communication with the rental company and the handover were great. Unfortunately, the property makes a somewhat neglected impression. The shower is leaking, furniture is chipped, it rains through the closed patio door and the cleanliness also left something to be desired. The faulty toilet was repaired as soon as we contacted them, but I wonder whether a toilet for 8 people is a comfortable condition. Incidentally, the exhaust fan of the neighbouring restaurant is located on the roof, which means noise on the one hand and the smell of food on the terrace on the other.
The first points mentioned can still be improved, the ventilation will probably not be able to be changed.
All in all, I can recommend it. We enjoyed our stay.

L’appartement est très bien situé et très bien agencé. Confortable et fonctionnel, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et reviendrons.

D’abord un emplacement idéal car tout est accessible à pieds. Éventuellement des vélos (location possible à quelques pas) peuvent permettre d’explorer les environs un peu moins proches. Nous étions 3 générations et chacun a passé une semaine à sa guise (surf (cours ou en autonomie)/plage/bar/resto/marché diurne/marché nocturne/ animations du soir/piste cyclable/supermarché de belle taille à 300m) et à son rythme.Ensuite un appartement très confortable et de bon goût. Pour finir, la personne qui se charge de l’accueil est très agréable et disponible en cas de questions avant et pendant le séjour.À refaire!! Suggestions : des lits simples, jumelables pour faire des grands lits (en fonction des besoins) dans 2 des 4 chambres me paraîtraient plus pratiques pour accueillir 2 couples avec des enfants. Les chambres le permettent car elles sont spacieuses.
