About this apartment rental
The studio of 20m2 of full foot is located between our lodging and our villa. Our residence is located in a quiet and secure estate. On the ground, you will find side by side the cottage for 4 to 6 people, your studio for 2 people and our flag. The cottage and studio around the pool. The studio has two large windows lined with adjustable shelves that take advantage of the trade winds and offer good ventilation even when the studio windows are closed. You reach the terrace overlooking the pool. The terrace is equipped with a round table and two chairs for dining and a garden room with two armchairs and a coffee table for relaxation and aperitifs at the pool .....
Upon entering the studio by the large bay, you will find the beds of 160 with a good mattress and a large rectangular net, ideal for not tangle in sleeping. A fan is available to you.
The kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, a microwave, a hot plate. There is no washing machine but we can make you detergents at will.
The WC, independent of the bathroom is facing the kitchen and next to the bathroom area with a sink and a shower. The shower is equipped with shelves in frosted glass window.
The second bay gives the back, on the second private terrace of the studio. You can go out and settle in the small garden furniture (two armchairs and a coffee table plus two low rattan seats) to enjoy the trade winds and the view of the banana plantations and the Madeleine mountain. You can also put your towels and your clothes to dry under the back porch that protects from the sun and rain
1 bed and 1 high chair can be made available on request.
Opposite the bed, a TV is wall mounted and you will find a small wall shelf some books and novels for your stay. In a low piece of furniture, you will find books and novels at your disposal as well as the documentation of activities in Guadeloupe.
Your front terrace directly overlooks the family pool which you can enjoy under your full responsibility.
The view of the sea and the Saintes is now hidden by the mango trees of the neighbor who have unfortunately grown much .....

Super séjour ..Jean Claude et Laurence sont au petit soins. Très disponible et donne de très bon conseils. Logement très propre et la piscine est super agréable.

This is a well thought out studio apartment making good use of space. The inside space is not large but contains a bedroom area with a large and comfortable double bed and space to store clothes, toilet, shower and wash basin and a kitchen area. The kitchen has a microwave, mini conventional oven and an amazingly efficient electric hotplate, plus enough crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment to enable us to cook dinner there on the evenings when we chose not to go out.
In addition to the inside space, the apartment has two covered terraces, which serve very well as lounge and dining room.
The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful without being intrusive.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending this property.
