About this apartment rental
Enjoy direct access to the prestigious Chiberta Golf Club, one of the most beautiful 18-hole courses in France. This is a spacious 2-room holiday flat.
Take a dip in the heated 10 x 5-m pool shared with the villa (until September-october in according to the weather) and overlooking the golf course. There is also a sun deck.
The self-contained flat is on the ground floor of the villa. It is bright, south facing, peaceful and spacious. Spanning 65 sq.m, it lies in the Lac de Chiberta district, the most sought-after in the Biarritz-Anglet-Bayonne area. It gives onto a terrace with garden furniture and a private garden. It has private and secure parking.
Besides, garage closed with possibility of leaving surfboards, wagons of golf and bikes.
The layout comprises:
- A bedroom with a large, brand new double bed (160 x 200 cm), a sofa bed (180 x 80 cm), and a cupboard with a wardrobe and plenty of storage space
- In the entrance hall, there is another large cupboard with hanging space and extra storage space
- Another double sofa bed (190 x 140 cm)
- Fully fitted kitchen area (hobs, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, etc.)
- Lounge area with a flat screen TV
- A bathroom with a shower, storage and cabinets, as well as a WC
- Complimentary Wi-Fi, Hi-Fi, and tumble dryer
