-50€ between 9pm & 10pm.

To be paid in cash or by cheque on arrival (against a receipt) or by bank transfer to the agency before your arrival.
Baby cot rental: €40 (for the entire duration of the stay)
Fan rental: €20 (for the entire duration of the stay)
Additional heating rental: €20 (for the entire duration of the stay)
We invite you to respect the time of the appointment you have set for us. Do not hesitate to arrive a little early on the set time. In case of delay in the check-in time initially agreed with you, our hostess will not be able to wait for you.
Another appointment time must be set and you will be charged 30€.

Fee of 30€ for an arrival on December 24 & 31 after 6 p.m., and on December 25 & January 1, to be paid on arrival in cash or check (against a receipt).
In case of loss of the key to the accommodation during your stay, it is the lock of the door that must be changed. The cost of this action will be deducted from your deposit.
Regarding the end-of-stay cleaning & Laundry package included in your booking:
We provide professionally processed linen, prepare the apartment for your comfort and arrival, and do the cleaning at the end of your stay.
