The house is located 300 meters from the sea, 1/4 hour walk from the port of ABER WRAC’H, 4 km from the center of LANDEDA. On a plot of 1800 m2 with lawn, flower garden, surrounded by hedges allowing you to relax in peace.

On se sent tout de suite bien dans cette jolie maison très bien équipée, très calme sans être isolée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la véranda dans laquelle on se sent au milieu du jardin. La proximité du Gr34 permet de belles balades sur le littoral. Une situation parfaite pour visiter la région des Abers.

Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires de cette belle maison avec un joli jardin fleuri, très agréable avec la véranda et le préau . À proximité de la mer et du GR. Tout était parfait !

Jolie maison dans un cadre paisible et au milieu de la végétation. On a adoré ! Très bonne situation pour faire la route des phares et les îles de la région. Nous avons fait Ouessant, Molène, Batz, l'île Vierge et les phares de Pontusval jusqu'à celui de la pointe Saint Mathieu. J'ai enlevé une étoile pour la photo de l'entrée de la propriété qui ne correspond pas du tout à la réalité...

Malgré une météo qui n'était avec nous... Maison et jardin agréable, très bien équipée. Proximité du GR34 très appréciable, jolie région.

Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümer und der Dame die einem Empfängt ist gut. Das Haus liegt auf einem Grundstück das völlig zu gewachsen ist, es gibt ca. 4m hohe Hecken und sonstige Büsche die selbst die Terrasse verdecken und somit auch eine menge an Getier ins Haus lassen. Es liegt nicht weit vom Strand entfernt, aber man sieht ihn nicht durch die hohen Hecken. Im Haus gibt es einen neuen Anbau wo sich die Dusche mit Waschbecken und das Schlafzimmer befindet. Leider gibt es im Schlafzimmer bodentiefe Türen die wiederum beim Lüften, alles herein lassen was sich davor im Gras tummelt. Die Toilette ist im alten teil des Hauses und sehr klein und eng gehalten. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr in die Jahre gekommen und beherbergt nicht das, was man zum arbeiten in der Küche braucht. Alles wie Tassen, Teller und Besteck befindet sich im Vorbau in einem Schrank so das man sich genau überlegen muss, was man alles in der Küche zum Essen zubereiten braucht um nicht so oft hin und her zu laufen. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Couch und einen Fernseher. der allerdings kein Deutsches Fernsehen hergibt, es sei denn man bezahlt dafür. Im Garten gibt es drei Liegen, allerdings ohne weiche Auflagen. Der Strand ist sehr mit Algen pflanzen verdreckt und die Wanderwege führen durch wiederum meterhohe Felder, so das man wieder nicht die Küste und das Wasser sieht. auch gibt es keine Bänke am Wasser oder gar Mülleimer. Das sind alles nur Kleinigkeiten wenn es jemand ändern würde, aber für einen gelungenen Urlaub so nicht zu empfehlen.
