Beautiful property on a wooded area of 18 hectares composed:
- A cottage of 137 m2 full foot fully equipped (2 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a large terrace): 1. 600 € / week.
- A small chalet of 35 m2 (1 bedroom, 1 bathroom arranged in a tree and a terrace by the pool):
80 € / night including breakfast buffet.
- Of a duplex on stilts of 60 m2 (1 big room, 1 bathroom, toilets and a living room of full foot):
180 € / night including breakfast buffet (2 nights minimum).

Poses leisure center at 10 km: Windsurfing, hobie cat, water skiing, wave surfing, golf 18 holes, mini golf ornithological reserve, rental bicycles, bike paths).
The Seinoscope to 10 km allows to see the many species of fish going up the Seine. It is simply the only viewing room on the Seine. It consists of a room with three bay windows, under the water level, overlooking the pass. Added to this is a vision chamber to ensure scientific monitoring of the number of migratory fish each season, via video counting.
Château Gaillard 10 km (Les Andelys) built in 1197 by King Richard Lionheart.
Rouen 30 km, its historic city and its splendid Gothic Cathedral (height 151 m) built on a Romanesque architecture almost 1000 years old.
