The apartment is cozy, intimate and attention to detail, and is located within the delightful pedestrian alley, just outside the historic center, where you can still breathe the atmosphere of a Florence of yesteryear.
It 'was recently renovated and furnished with style. It has a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, pots and pans and everything needed to cook delicious meals. Adjoining the kitchen a small veranda with table and chairs where you can enjoy a snack or read a book with a nice view over the rooftops and the hills of the characteristic neighborhood.
Being on a high floor is particularly bright, sunny and quiet.
Located just outside the ZTL, you can get there by car and then move easily on foot or by public transport. The old town is very close and reachable by a pleasant walk. Several buses pass by the house and lead to various parts of the city. The neighborhood is one of the most beautiful of Florence, residential, even at night safely, and animated by shops, aperitif bar and two beautiful parks.
