About this house rental
Cottage of character located in Saint-Savinien sur Charente, city recognized "Small city of character". Label "Village of Stone and Water" of the County Council of Charente-Maritime.
Minimum rental: one week, from Saturday to Saturday.
The house, independent and without vis-à-vis, is located in a typical street lined with old stone quarries, 100 meters from the Charente and close to all shops.
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen. bathroom with shower and sink. independent toilet. living room dining room with visible beams, bed click-clac 2 people, television, telephone téléséjour.
Upstairs, room under the roof with a bed of 140 and a bed of 120. Bathroom with sink and toilet. 1 baby bed.
Small terrace in front of the kitchen. Walled garden of 150 m² without vis-à-vis with sunbeds, lounge and parasol. Barbecue. Outbuildings to house bicycles.
Sheets not provided. Cleaning supplement 30 euros.
Charges included in the limit of 15 kWh of electricity per day and 500 liters of water per day.
Private parking located in the street under the rocks.
Minimum rental: 1 week. 25% discount on the second week.
Tourist tax in addition, calculated according to the price of the hiring, the nights and the number of tenant. Around € 1.50 per day and per adult.

Small pets accepted.

It was very convenient because it as a short distance from another property we were also using. Everything was as expected and the host made everything easy for us. We loved the garden and found the inside layout very practical for us.
