About this house rental

For rent, in La Brée-les-Bains, house completely renovated in April 2016, comfortable, on an enclosed plot of 2600m2.

This quiet location is located 400 m from the sandy beach. Access from the bottom of the garden to the daily market of Brée-Les-Bains (the largest on the island). Possibility of spending the stay without using the car with free provision of 7 bikes and cycle path nearby.

She understands :
2 large bedrooms of 22 m2 with storage cupboards. The blue room for children (4 beds possible) and the green room for parents (1 double bed and a cot).
A bright dining room with a large convertible sofa (160 cm bultex memory mattress topper) very comfortable, flat TV screen and free wifi.
An equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, large fridge, induction hob, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and coffee maker) opening onto a wooden terrace of over 25 m2 with garden furniture, sun lounger and parasol. Barbecue.
Bathroom with walk-in shower. Hair dryer. Separate WC.
Adjoining outbuilding with washing machine.

Sheltered private parking for several cars

We and our 3 grandchildren (4, 6, 7 year) stayed in the house of Mr. Sabiani at La Brée les Bains the last 2 weeks of August. We had a wonderful vacation there with our five. The house is nice ans well equiped for living and cooking. The big garden was a paradise for our grandchildren. The Location is perfect, only 10-15 minutes walk to the beach. The beach is nice, only some times some rolls of seaweed. The sea was safe for the children and additionally there is a lifeguard. The nice market (every day !) is very Close to the house, only 50 m from the back-exit of the garden. Furter there is a lot to see on the island for the children.So I can really recomment the house for a nice summerholiday with children! The house is practically very well quietly located in the village. After the market closes at 14:00 hrs. so quietness is announced. Also in the morning you hear almost nothing from the market. The interior of the house is newly-renovated and is designed lovely and very nicely. The chosen colors are very nice. The wardrobes in the bedrooms give plenty of space and are extremely well done.  The bathroom and the toilet are new and very nice, especially the stone-floor. The shower is excellent. The view from the kitchen to the terrace, street and garden is wonderful. The kitchen is new and very practical and well equipped. Microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, induction plates and oven are new! Almost every small food processor is present. In the kitchen there is a great big fridge. In the garage there is also a large freezer. In the garage there is also a washing machine and thus you get by washing with hearing nothing. From the back entrance of the garden you can get to the daily market. An absolute highlight! Much fresh food is offered daily. Seven days a week in Summer! Bread, cheese, sausage, fish, shellfish,  oysters, meat, vegetables and wines are all of very good quality and mainly from the region. The smell of fresh fish, spices, herbs and Bread is overwhelming. Great atmosphere. Very nice market-people also!  Super, you almost don’t need to go to the supermarket! This is called life-quality! The terrace is very nice and invites you to linger. There are big plants with beautiful flowers.  There is also a great BBQ. The property, terrain is very large and has a lovely garden. It offers plenty of opportunities even on very hot summer days, you can find a shady place with the existing deck-chairs. The garden offers plenty of space for possibly every garden-sports-activity. Football, speedminton (when the wind allows you) etc. The garage offers plenty of space even for possibly brought own bicycles. There are also bicycles available which are provided by the landlord. The car can be parked on the property very well. Even in the big carport at the garage. The absolute, great beautiful fine-sand-beach west to towards the Atlantic, is by bicycle only 4km away and very easy to reach. Even now, not overcrowded! Beeline 400m there is the local beach with a nice view towards La Rochelle and Ile de Re. Everything in all, a holiday-home where one can feel very, very well and this is highly recommended for a family with 3 children.
