Located in the center of the Ile d'Oléron, very close to the center of the market town of Chéray in a pretty, quiet "Les Lilas" housing estate, ideal for children. View of countryside with horses. Close to the market open every day (with Cotinière fish, butcher, roast chicken, early vegetables, cheese maker among others) Close to all shops on foot (bakeries, newsagent, pizzeria, pharmacy, doctor). Judiciously located very close to the cycle track because the bicycle is the preferred mode of locomotion. 5 minutes by car from Saint Pierre and its shopping complexes and 3 km from the sandy-vineyard and yachting beaches (accessible by bicycle).
This house is fully furnished to receive 7 people in maximum family comfort, it has a large room with equipped American kitchen (3-ring gas stove, oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and a electric kettle, dishes, dishes, and cookware accordingly).
A bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a master suite with a 140x190 bed and a bedroom with bunk beds, including one 140x190 bed (low) and one 90x190 (high), which can sleep 3 people.
Two bathrooms, 2 toilets, one of which is in the bathroom of the master suite.
A garage (washing machine).
Two terraces (one South / East the other North / West) and an enclosed garden with garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, parasol, electric barbecue ...

We had a really easy and realaxing week in a beautiful house. The location is very central and we could reach the beaches and the markets by bike (Les Sables Vignier / Saint-Georges / La Brèe ...)
Many thanks for the very frendly and correkt communikation. Next time WIFY and an offer for the cleaning service would be nice.
