Typical village house, the 50 m² accommodation, renovated in 2016, includes two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom, it is located on the first floor of the house (second floor apartment unoccupied). South-facing and shaded terrace.
Courtyard in the shade of the mulberry tree. This courtyard is for the exclusive use of the tenants.
This house offering calm and rest, will allow you to discover the natural and cultural riches of our region. Its environment will also allow you to practice many outdoor sports.
In very high season stays are from Saturday to Saturday (except last minute reservations if the rental is available).
The bathroom has just been redone and the bedroom 1 has been refurbished (2 beds of 80x200 or 1 bed 160 x 200).

Ce gîte est situé dans un village typiquement médiéval. De là, on peut visiter énormément de sites, villages, musées, d'avens sur un rayon de 30 kms. On y est au calme et le propriétaire est très sympathique!

Großzügige Ferienwohnung, 2 Personen haben viel Platz, komfortabel, bei kühlen Temperaturen gut heizbar. An Küchengeräten alles da, was man braucht. Zufahrt zum Haus und Einfahrt zum abgeschlossenen Stellplatz mit einem VW Polo gut machbar, wenn man ruhevoll einparkt.

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen für Ausflüge an die Ardeche oder Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, die Vermieter sind hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Ruhig gelegen in einem schönen traditionellen Dorf, alles zur Zufriedenheit!

Endroit calme dans un village bien calme également…. Confort "comme chez soi".... Accueil chaleureux, Mr Thibon nous a fait part de ses connaissances cyclotouriste, car c'était l'objectif de notre séjour, même si les infos reçues n'étaient pas suffisantes à son goût…. Merci pour tout… 4 étoiles car la perfection n'existe pas …..mais c'est tout comme Le petit bémol, peut être pour vos hôtes étrangers, le wifi car sans les abonnements français, il est difficile de se connecter…. Mais il existe d'autres possibilités de se renseigner sur la région ….du coup, cela devient secondaire…. Merci pour tout A recommander

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette jolie maison très bien équipée, située dans un petit village plein de charme, à proximité de nombreuses curiosités. L'accueil était également parfait, M. Thibon étant très soucieux de notre confort.

Mr Thibon est très accueillant, disponible et à l'écoute. Concernant le gîte : Nous avons apprécié son calme, sa belle surface et sa terrasse. Dommage que la cabine de douche ne soit pas fermée afin d'éviter d'essuyer à chaque douche les projections d'eau. Un lave-vaisselle et un réseau Wifi serait un plus.

accueil chaleureux, village calme , logement spacieux très bien aménagé et moderne. Bref idéal pour faire un break et se reposer. Sa situation par rapport aux lieux à visiter est parfaite, elle permet de rayonner autour pour découvrir le département. Seul bémol, le parking , difficulté pour en sortir on touche souvent sauf pour les 4X4.

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns ausgezeichnet gefallen. Haus und Räume sind sehr schön; es ist alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte. Die Lage ist ruhig, was uns gut gefällt, und zugleich mit dem Auto nahe an vielen touristischen Zielen. Der Kontakt mit dem zuverlässigen Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohlgefühlt und würden für einen Urlaub in der Region jederzeit wieder dieses Domizil wählen.

Wir können uns den vorherigen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen, bestens ausgestattet, hat eine gute Lage, um Ardèche, Gorge de Chassezac und die nähere Umgebung zu erkunden und wir waren mit unserer Wahl rundum zufrieden.

Wir waren Mitte August für eine Woche in Chandolas. Das Haus ist sehr hübsch, die Einrichtung ist liebevoll gestaltet, es fehlt an nichts. Vom Frühstück in der großen Küche bis zum Abendessen auf der Terrasse - wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in Richtung Ardèche, in die Cevennen, in die Städte Avignon, Orange, Uzès. Schöne Badestellen bei Casteljau findet man nach 10 bis 15 Minuten Fahrt. Der Vermieter ist ein sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender und verlässlicher Gastgeber. Ich glaube, wir kommen wieder!

Nous avons séjourné dans cette location située au sud de l'Ardèche à la fin du mois d'avril 2017. La maison est très agréable. Elle est très bien tenue. Les propriétaires ont su associer au cadre ancien la modernité des équipements. La cuisine est neuve. La literie est de qualité. La maison est située au calme dans le cadre d'un village placé à l'écart de la foule des touristes, mais à proximité des principaux sites et curiosités : caverne de Valon-Pont-d'Arc, villages, chemins de randonnée, gorges du Chassezac ou de l'Ardèche. Les propriétaires sont soucieux de voir leurs hôtes passer un agréable séjour (accueil sympathique, apport de renseignements divers sur la région...). Une location que je recommande vivement.
