It is a newly launched boutique resort featuring 13 luxury vacation homes, 74 private marina slips and a centrally located pool deck and clubhouse. We provide unparalleled service in an intimate setting allowing you to relax and unwind. We are located in Marathon in The Middle Keys, so you can easily explore all that The Keys have to offer.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at Marlin Bay exceeded expectations in nearly every way. From booking to check-in and during our stay, the staff was welcoming, helpful and very friendly. A special shoutout to concierge Grace who was on-hand to loan us bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas and direct us to restaurants. A special shoutout out to the pool bartender Chef who whipped up delicious cocktails and made for a fun evening of conversation. Our adult kids spent hours at the pool and hot tub each evening and made good use of the outdoor pool table. The house itself was roomy, luxurious and provided amazing sunset views from the rooftop. For a first time visit to the keys, we appreciated the central location with many restaurants within walking distance (Key Fisheries next door was a favorite spot), and only an hour drive to Key West. All ain’t all, I don’t think we could have found a better place for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. We would love to come back and would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as advertised except for two things. - the master bedroom had no mirrors over the sinks. Shaving was difficult.- the other bedroom upstairs had a shower stall with no shelves. Shampoo and soap had to be placed on the floor.
