I would like to welcome you to this newly renovated apartment located only 50 meters from the sea!
The fully furnished apartment can accommodate up to 3 guests with one double bed and a sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. There is a large balcony with a magical view of the sea! You’ll love it because of the comfy bed, the view with its breath-taking sunsets and its location altogether. A place to relax, safe for kids, and accessible by car and public transport. With its unique architecture, the Green Coast complex has two private beaches and ample parking space, while it is a 15-minute walk away from the Temple of Poseidon and just an hour away from Athens

Modernes Apartement, für zwei Personen ausreichend Platz auch auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer. In zweiter Reihe störte uns etwas das Dach der Wohnungen davor. Wohnung und Anlage sehr gepflegt. Wenige Meter zum Meer, der Strand vor Ort nur ein Zugang über Felsen in einer kleinen Bucht, über eine Treppe, die im Oktober leider schon weggeräumt war, kann man wohl bequem ins Wasser steigen.
In der FeWo-Anlage waren wir Anfang Oktober die einzigen Gäste, zum nächsten Ort - Lavrio - etwa 15 Minuten Fahrt, ein gutes Restaurant ist fußläufig erreichbar. Nette Begrüßung durch die für die Übergabe Verantwortliche.
