Location was excellent although a little further from the ferry port than we expected on arrival. Apartment was a very modern, tastefully furnished and much larger than many properties. There was considerable regeneration in the area with extensive block paving in progress which will be excellent when completed. Clearly an up and coming area which I would highly recommend. Cafes and restaurants were all close by and the standard of meals was excellent at very reasonable prices.
Our only criticism is the shower holder doesn't work properly as it slides to the bottom and has to be hand held. Clearly an issue if you have long hair,

Sehr gute Lage.
