Beautiful natural stone house facing south with private pool and exceptional views in a beautiful and quiet village near Fivizzano. The rental is provided for 4 people, if need of max 2 additional people, the owner can help you easily (adjoining apartment with all the necessary equipment, bathroom, kitchenette, etc.). Exclusivity of the pool for the sole tenant! Recommendations: first time on Abritel in 2018 ... I have recommendations that I can forward because I also rent directly by myself on occasion or via another rental site.
Although located in Tuscany, the place is less "mass tourism" in terms of prices that are very democratic. In the restaurant, for example, pizza between € 5.5 and € 9 and wine Barbera d'Alba at € 6 a bottle.
The house was completely renovated in 2015-2016. It is divided into 2 separate dwellings of which one is rented. We have emphasized good bedding synonymous with well-deserved rest ... (1 double bed and 2 single beds), a beautiful sober and refined decoration, a swimming pool of 3m * 6m, a BBQ, a table football. .. a beautiful terrace with a table in the shade, ideal to eat together for lunch and dinner in a beautiful setting. The swimming pool can be lit at night to swim under the stars.

The accommodation has TV with "Antenna 2" satellite

IMPORTANT 2: The pool is exclusively for the sole tenant (no other users)
There is all the necessary comfort (fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet, living room in Carrara marble, 2 bedrooms).
Swimming pool safety for children: the only access to the pool is secured by a double swing door to the living room ("stable door" ... like a stable door)
All information, keys and good tourist plans (where to go, how, what time, etc.) or other (restaurants, doctor, supermarket, etc.) will be given on site by myself or our correspondent and friend Francesca (or her assistant Julia) ....
