About this house rental
On one of the little streets that line the sea is Casa Vacanze "Cortile Via San Simone", thirty meters from the sea and between the two little ports: the "Nuovo" and the "Vecchio" port. From the shaded terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of the entire front of the island, from Punta Basano to Punta Troia with its Castle.
The two-room apartment is composed as follows:
-1st floor double bedroom + bunk bed for 2 persons, bathroom with shower;
-2nd floor living room with kitchen and sofa bed 2 places, terrace with outdoor shower;
-3th floor shaded terrace with sea view, table, chairs and deckchairs.
Kitchen: full set of crockery, electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer;
The rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, to consider that the house is very close to the sea and well ventilated.
