Tasteful apartment in an old restored building very close to central Marsala. It has a lovely, private terrace to sit outside.
Worth mentioning that if you had mobility problems or small children it wouldn't be easy as there are external and internal steps which are steep.

L'ubicazione vicina al centro, la doccia ampia e spaziosa, il salottino all'aperto di sopra, gli ottimi suggerimenti/consigli del proprietario.

Casa accogliente, ricca di confort, posizionata centralmente nel cuore di Marsa consigliatissima. Proprietario gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità.
Unica pecca l'utilizzo delle scale per accedere nell'are cucina non è risultata comodissima, soprattutto per chi ha bambini piccoli

Pulitissima, curata nei dettagli, fornita di tutto, in centro, facile parcheggio nella via sotto casa, completa di tutto, sul terrazzo oltre a ombrellone , sedie e tavolino c'è un lavabo in pietra per lavare il bucato e affianco la lavatrice. Tutto, proprio tutto davvero bello. La casa è al primo piano ed è su due livelli: sotto ci sono 2 camere da letto (tutte e due con letto matrimoniale e un bagno, al piano superiore c'è la cucina col terrazzo
Purtroppo non mi è piaciuta la scala interna (gradini alti e stretti) ma non è colpa di nessuno credo non si potesse fare altrimenti... Ma comunque con un po' di attenzione si sale e si scende tranquillamente
