About this apartment rental
T3 crossing 40 m2, bright, on the 1st and last floor, with a capacity of 6 people (4 adults maximum), located in a secure, quiet, shaded and green residence, close to the beach of la roquille (250m) and from the port (900m), with numbered private parking space, large swimming pool (the only residence with swimming pool in the roquille district apart from Odalys), paddling pool for the little ones and paying tennis court (around 3 euros per hour). Covered terrace of approximately 6m2, apartment composed of: 1 bathroom with shower, 1 separate toilet. 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 bunk beds of 90X200 and a 140 cm BZ, 1 kitchen / living room with a 5/6 seater sofa quickly convertible into a 2 seater bed, the 5th and 6th people have the possibility either to sleep in the BZ of the bedroom of 4, or in the living room on the convertible sofa. Swimming pool access for 6 people. The apartment has a washing machine, an oven, ceramic hobs, a hood, a microwave, 1 fridge / freezer combination (about 200 and 40l), an electric plancha, a raclette machine, a fondue machine, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer, filter coffee maker, (requires filter1X4) espresso coffee maker with ESE pods or ground coffee, 1 LCD flat screen TV of 102 cm with reading on USB port and 1 55 cm LCD TV in the 4-person bedroom (reading on USB port).

Rent by the week depending on availability of the apartment throughout the year, flexible departure and arrival day except in July and August where we rent from Saturday 12 noon to Saturday 10 am.
Security deposit required of 500 Euros. Please note, this deposit is debited by Abritel when you book and is re-credited to you after your stay.
Upon departure, cleaning must be carried out by the tenant, otherwise, the sum of 50 euros will be taken from the deposit.
50% upon reservation at the signing of the contract, the rest 7 days before the stay.

L'appartement est bien situé et très bien équipé, ce qui est rare en location de vacances. La piscine est agréable et la propriété dans son ensemble est assez propre.

Le gardien de la résidence est très agréable et accessible, l’Appartement est très agréable , tout est à disposition pour passer de bonnes vacances .
A 2 pas de la plage , des commerces . Petites restaurations rapides …
La piscine est très agréable et là maître nageur est très agréable .
A 5 minutes en voitures de la rue très commerçante de la flânerie et du port .
10 min du Luna park.
Bref tout est pratique .
