Villa Sesmarias
Sesmarias villa is situated on the outskirts of the popular coastal resort of Carvoeiro is situated in a quiet residential area between villa \ 's comparable quality and stature. An unforgettable holiday is guaranteed in this striking villa. Some features are eg. The ocean views, easy access to beautiful beaches, within walking distance of several excellent restaurants, a south facing private pool, immaculate interior, and many other facilities.
When you step through the front door, you will immediately notice that the local owners have invested in the property with attention to detail. Each room has been lovingly maintained and very well decorated with individual color scheme \ 's, matching fabrics and appealing comfort. Air conditioning is present in all main rooms.
Sesmarias villa has an attractive entrance hall and all rooms radiate on the ground floor. Spacious and light are key words for the living room. This has a very large flat screen TV hanging on a wall, a feature bar and patio doors onto the sun terrace that surrounds the beautiful and family-friendly pool.
The kitchen / dining room is spacious and is exceptionally well equipped with everything a cook needs including a particularly impressive wood-burning grill / barbecue. Doors lead directly and easily to a covered summer kitchen with a barbecue. Ideal for lunches in the shade or dinner on a balmy evening. A cloakroom and the main bedroom with en suite bathroom and terrace make this floor complete.
Upstairs there are two equally attractive bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds and a double bedroom, both with en suite bathrooms and two share a spacious sun terrace overlooking the ocean. On the lower level of the villa has a living / game room with a pool table, a TV, comfortable seating and access to the covered parking and the laundry room.
Outside, the grounds completely fenced with extensive terracing around the pool and a path around the house which is interspersed with beds of shrubs, citrus plants and lawn.

We have just arrived home after an amazing week in this beautiful villa! Everything was perfect - lots of space, very well equipped, stunning pool and in a great location (quiet area, with shop and restaurants nearby and only a 5 minute Uber ride into town/to the beach). Excellent communication with the very friendly owner too. 10/10!!

There are far more positive impressions and memories linked with Villa Sesmarias than negative ones.It is a luxurious villa with much space, three very nice bathrooms and one toilet. Very impressive was the tidyness of this house, I have never experienced that in a house I have rented.The booking process however was a bit problematic, because there were two agencies involved, fewo-direkt and Amarante Villas. Althouigh I paid all deposits in time, Amarante reminded me several times that my payments are missing and it lasted some time and several e-mails to sort things out. In addition, one should not expect current water all the times, there are water cuts during daytime. In the course of the first one, I phoned the local agent who didn't want to be disturbed and informed me in a rather unfriendly way that this happens quite often. There is AC in every bedroom and other rooms, but not all of them can also heat, so that it was cold in at night at least in one bedroom at the end of October.
All in all this Villa is a place I would really recommend to other visitors.

Really lovely villa. Fantastic large pool. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy beds. Really great to have a pool table too when you want a bit of A rest from the sun. Great location - easy to walk into town and lots of restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely stay here again.
