Gostei do quarto em geral, em especial do conforto da cama. Gostei muito do café da manhã, pois os alimentos e bebidas servidos são de ótima qualidade. Gostei do atendimento das funcionárias.

The host and staff were amazing. They served a wonderful breakfast as well. Chaiten has a rugged, wild feel and this older establishment was very well attended to by a loving host who grew up in the area and is educated, smart and thoughtful.
Some of the cabins and facilities are getting older and some updates would benefit the facilities. However, everything is quite clean and well tended.

Great breakfast and a lovely hostess. They were very flexible with check-in, as our ferry was delayed, and waited for us with a warm room, heating on, and cozy blankets.
