We loved the tranquil location that was still very close to the town's facilities. It was very wet during our stay and the wood burner was great at making the place really cosy. Wood provided daily for you to use. Our host was great at attending to a minor issue at speed.. The bed was very comfortable, nice bedside tables and lamps. Very close to the ferry terminal.

The windows and doors need a good clean down as they have some mold on them. The cabana is compact , fine for a couple of days not a long stay. The sofa is very small and would benefit from being a bit bigger.

I stayed at this property on two occasions on my way to the south to Villa O’higgins and on my way back. The first night I had cabin #3 First I must say that the owner was Very nice and personable. The issue is MOLD. There was mold in the shower on the bathroom ceiling and virtually alll over the shower area. I did Not say anything as I was going to be Back and Wanted To See the Condition of the next cabin. As It turns out the second Night I had Cabin #4 well there was mold on this one as Well not as bad . I did discuss the issue withh the owner and He Assured me that he was aware and had plans to remedy the issue. How ever I had not seen the Second bathroom yet. Once he Left I looked Around and Saw the Same Conditions. I am A general Contarctor in Canada with vast experience in Mold remediation. And This Mold is not healthy. What bother me the most was the Fact that the owner knew but had not done anything about it. It is a Quit fix that can insure all His guest that their Health won’t be compromised.
