Friendly check in and out. Location excellent - 2nd row beach home (with unobstructed views from higher floors). Completely furnished/equipped, spacious. Renovated with a limited budget but with love (upper bathrom shower could use a different shower door or base). You can actually do this with a car if you use it rarely, you may have to look a few minutes in town for a spot and walk back up to half a km or so.
Nothing - only improvement would be a clothes hanger, for instance on the small balcony.
