About this house rental
Family house of around 150 years renovated while preserving existing noble materials, wooden floors, interior carpentry in chestnut, an entrance hall where the walls have been restored to stone and creating spacious rooms that meet needs of a family, a fully equipped kitchen with a sitting area, 2 bathrooms, the materials reported are natural stone "travertine" on the ground and earthenware and metal for all that is railing and the staircase from the hall, a bedroom (140 cm bed) as well as a bathroom on the ground floor, a master bedroom (160 cm bed) with its bathroom upstairs and another bedroom (140 cm bed) connected by a walkway, a terrace at the kitchen level for morning coffee (table chair) and in the fenced garden a covered terrace (barbecue, table chairs, deckchairs).
Specials: a clear view of the sea, 10 minutes from the beaches and many hikes.
Services: on the village square you can meet street vendors (baker, butcher and artisanal pork butcher).
