In Castaniccia, the most famous region for true deli, the terraces of the 2 sides allow you to enjoy the shade or sun, laze, read or go swimming whenever the urge takes you, walk, because of the nearby sea. Eine ideale Unterkunft auch für größere Familien mit genug Platz und Terrassen für jede Tageszeit rund ums Haus. Die Einrichtung ist wie auf den Bildern zu sehen etwas älter, jedoch sehr gut gepflegt und funktioniert einwandfrei. Da das Haus auch privat genutzt wird hat es den Charme eines "zu Hauses" und ist kein "steriles" Ferienhaus irgendeiner Anlage. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit.
Der Weg zum Strand, ca. 500m führt über Nebenstraßen und ist machbar, jedoch muss man die viel befahrene Hauptverkehrsstraße überqueren. Dafür ist der Strandabschnitt sehr schön, direkt mit Restaurants und Wassersportangeboten.
Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen gibt es dadurch keine Beeinträchtigungen.

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans la maison Simoni en juin 2014.
La maison est très grande, fraîche et agréable avec sa grande terrasse, sa douche et sa cuisine extérieures supplémentaires, ses nombreux arbres, fleurs et tout le mobilier nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi.
La maison est située entre une plage tranquille et la montagne ce qui permet de profiter de la mer et des randonnées magnifiques sans prendre de voiture.
Nous avons vraiment passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison et nous n'hésiterons pas à y retourner.
