About this house rental
Gascon restored farmhouse situated in the hills near a grove gerçoises composed of ancient oaks. The vegetation around the house is Mediterranean
The house includes a kitchen, a living room, two toilets, two bathrooms en suite with two bedrooms. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, TV etc ...
Outside, there are two terraces overlooking a vegetable garden which is covered. Possibility to use the outdoor barbecue.
The temperature inside the house is ideal in summer because the walls are stone.
The activities are many and varied. A leisure center for swimming is located 6 km from the house, many marked hiking trails earth can be borrowed.
In July, the festival Tempo Latino in Vic Fezensac, in August Jazz in Marciac and the many village festivals will satisfy tourists.
One can also visit the many villages (castelnaus or houses) where gastronomy is always waiting for you.

La maison est aménagée avec beaucoup de goût et les abords sont superbes. Faites quelques pas et vous apercevez les Pyrénées. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et un super réveillon ! Merci à Philippe pour son accueil chaleureux et souriant.

Superbe gîte restauré pour vacances de Noël au calme dans la campagne gersoise. Accueil très convivial et sympathique.

Très bon accueil de Philippe qui aime sa région et partage ses passions.
Maison familiale, rénovée en partie, avec beaucoup de murs en pierre à l'intérieur, des petites fenetres, donc pas lumineuse, hormis le salon, mais qui a un vis à vis sur la terrasse du propriétaire..
Le ménage, pour nous n'était pas satisfaisant, beaucoup de toiles d'araignées, un four sale, des produits dans le frigo ou congélateur qu'il vaudrait mieux jeter...
L'extérieur est très agréable avec sa petite cour. Rien n'est cloturé.
