House of 96 m² in retro coast - 3 Bedrooms with 140 beds - 1 Shower room - Parking - the house is 1 km from the village of Apremont, 6 km from the Utile store in Coex and 20 min from Saint Gilles and the beaches. New independent house with fenced garden, Dining room / living room 36 m², TV. Equipped kitchen: Microwave, dishwasher, induction hob ... barbecue, garden furniture, terrace, south-facing garden.

La maison de Christelle et Emmanuel répond à tout ce que des vacanciers peuvent en attendre. Elle est 100% en accord avec l'annonce qui en est faire. Décoration de goût, équipements divers et complets, extra propre et bien située en retrait de l'animation estivale de la côte mais assez proche à la fois. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et disponibles. Grand jardin, quartier très calme. Petits commerces et loisirs à proximité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de deux semaines. Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation cette location! Encore merci pour tout à Christelle et Emmanuel.

Les hôtes sont parfaitement charmants et disponibles.
Très réactive, Christelle a toujours répondu à nos demandes rapidement. Le logement est en parfait état et très propre. C'est une maison extrêmement pratique et bien située. Contrairement à d'autres locations, nous avons véritablement eu la sensation que les propriétaires nous confiaient leur propre maison avec tous les équipements et plein de petites choses qui nous ont fait nous sentir comme à la maison et non dans une location. L'environnement est calme, le jardin agréable.
Par ailleurs, il est possible de se rendre dans le bourg du village à pieds en moins de 10 minutes (pour aller chercher le pain ou les croissants par exemple !), ce qui est bien sympathique.
Bref, rien à dire ... sauf à remercier nos hôtes ! ;-)

Tout était parfait, maison qui dispose de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin et dans un endroit très calme... Adresse à retenir.

Nous sommes arrivés dans une maison parfaitement organisée, propre au confort idéal. Les propriétaires très sympathiques prennent soin de leur maison et ça se voit. Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour à Apremont.
