About this house rental

Our second home in the family for several generations. House blue and white fisherman, enclosed garden with barbecue, lounge and deck chairs, decor sea.
The house is very comfortable, well appointed and the decor is neat. If you come you'll want to come back! The bedding is good and you are sure to spend a quiet holiday.
The house, well located, is the starting point for beautiful walks along the coast (GR 34). There are sandy beaches approximately 600m, labeled BLUE FLAG.
Audierne, very close (2 Km), has retained its fishing port with the arrival of vessels (lobsters, bars ...)
You will also find great restaurants and shops selling local products.

Accueil chaleureux même avec un far breton, super! Le jardin est petit, abrité des regards mais il n'a pas de vue. La mer est à 300m, mais la prochaine plage est loin à pied. Les lits sont confortables. Beaucoup de mobilier et objets anciens. La cuisine est bien équipée.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison chaleureuse ( déco avec de nombreux objets de brocante) et très bien située ( proximité du GR34, océan magnifique et belle campagne). Le jardinet est très plaisant et la maison bien équipée sur 2 étages avec 2 salles de bain est confortable. Très bon accueil des propriétaires avec gâteau breton fait maison et cidre. A retenir!

Es hat uns im Haus von Dany sehr gut gefallen, wir kochen sehr gerne und es hat uns dafür an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt zu Dany war herzlich und unkompliziert. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Es war sehr ruhig aber alles was wir brauchten in kürze zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichbar. z.B der Weg am Meer nach Audierne,nette Kaffees und Restaurants, der Bioladen und der Supermarkt im Ort. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder

Quel bonheur de séjourner dans cette confortable maison très coquette et chaleureuse. Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances dans ce coin de paradis très proche du sentier côtier. Wir wurden von Frau Moullec sehr freundlich empfangen. Geräumige Zimmer, alles für den Urlaub nötige vorhanden, tolle Umgebung für wunderschöne Ausflüge. Schade war nur, dass die Küste in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Ferienhaus nicht zum Baden geeignet war. Dafür können wir einen herrlichen Strand in ca. 5 km Entfernung empfehlen: Plage de Guendrez (Richtung Plozévet). Wir haben zwei herrliche Wochen im Finistère erlebt. Vielen Dank

nous étions 2 couples et avons été très bien accueillis avec un joli bouquet de fleur et bouteille de cidre, par la sympathique propriétaire qui a été d'une grande gentillesse. la maison idéalement située à quelques mètres de la mer, nous a permis de nous promener sur le sentier côtier. Les chambres bien aménagées nous donnaient une vue magnifique sur la mer. Le plus : chaque chambre a salle de bains, idéal pour les couples. une maison charmante dans une cette belle Bretagne, décorée à la façon bretonne qui nous a beaucoup plus avec cette véranda dont nous avons profité pendant toute notre séjour. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour qui nous a paru trop court mais qui nous a beaucoup dépaysé. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location. Léopoldine et Joaquim

Jolie maison , très bien équipée comme chez soi . La véranda avec la cuisine a été notre centre de vie. De plus, la région est magnifique à quelques pas de la mer et près de nombreux sites à visiter . ( la pointe du Raz, du Van , l'île de Sein, la baie des Trépassés..) Sans oublier un accueil chaleureux de Mme Moullec avec un gâteau breton maison et un cidre.

Très jolie maison , très bien équipée où l'on se sent de suite chez soi . La véranda avec la cuisine est le point essentiel de cette maison avec sa lumière et son espace . Outre tous les points positifs de la maison la région est grandiose avec son GR à quelques pas de la maison qui longe la mer sur ... des kilomètres et de nombreux sites à voir à quelques kilomètres seulement ( la point e du Raz, du Van , la baie des Trépassés...) Sans oublier un accueil chaleureux de Mme Moullec avec un gâteau breton maison et un cidre que nous avons bien apprécié après un quinzaine d'heures de voiture mais le lieu vaut largement ce long voyage. Der Empfang von Madame Moullec in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus war sehr herzlich mit einem selbstgebackenem Kuchen und Cidre. Das Haus war top ausgestattet und hatte eine sehr gute Dusche, hübsche Schlafzimmer und eine mit allem Komfort ausgestattete Küche. Wir hielten uns besonders gerne im Wintergarten auf, in dem sich ein Essplatz mit der Küche befand und genossen den Blick in den hübschen eingewachsenen Garten mit Rosenbüschen. Dieses Ferienhaus ist absolut empfehlenswert!!!

jolie maison très bien équipée et spacieuse, petit jardin très agréable, cuisine plus que lumineuse, très grande chambre au 2ème , bref, tout bien, avec en plus une propriétaire charmante CALME, la mer à 3 pas avec un petit banc permettant la contemplation, par contre pour ceux qui voudraient se baigner, splendides plages aux environs mais accessibles uniquement en voiture. Situation stratégique excellente pour découvrir la région riche de merveilles, bref vous l'aurez compris nous avons passé d''excellentes vacances. Je vous conseille ce havre de paix près du très joli port d'Audierne au superbe marché le samedi, et je ne vous parle pas des langoustines....

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem Fischerhaus mit liebevoller und reichhaltiger Einrichtung. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, es ist z. B. reichlich Geschirr vorhanden. Die Küche und der Esstisch befinden sich im hellen Wintergarten. Dany, die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns ein selbst gebackener, leckerer Kuchen und eine Flasche Cidre, beides eine Spezialität der Bretagne. Bis zum Meer sind es nur 5 Min. zu Fuß. Wir können Ty-Tieu auf jeden Fall empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Nous étions 2 couples et cette maison était parfaite puisque nous disposions chacun d'une chambre et d'une salle de bains autonomes. Par ailleurs le point fort de cette location est la cuisine-véranda , claire et spacieuse qui constitue un espace de vie plaisant et fonctionnel. La plage est accessible à pied. La localisation ( près d'Audierne et du Cap Sizun) correspond parfaitement à nos attentes d'une côte encore préservée et non envahie par le tourisme. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et disponibles. Nous recommandons ce gîte à une famille ou à 2 couples.

Malgré un temps un peu morose - à Audierne comme sur toute la France, fin juillet - nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Dany Moullec. Tout était parfait, de la réservation à l'accueil - plein d'attentions - en passant pas le confort de la maison, son entretien et son équipement. La maison a beaucoup de charme ; l'authenticité des meubles, chinés ou non lui donne un vrai cachet et la véranda, baignée de lumière, est d'un séjour très plaisant. La maison est très bien équipée, des produits de première nécessité très pratiques (vinaigre - sel - herbes ...) à la vaisselle en passant par le matériel TV- DVD, neuf. A noter aussi que le petit jardin est charmant et a fait la joie de nos deux jumelles en bas âge ! Merci pour ce séjour à l'aimable propriétaire !

Il ne nous a manqué que... la pluie (bon, en fait une heure de crachin, pas plus, histoire de "faire Bretagne" pour la photo)! Tout le reste est fourni: soleil, équipement complet, literie confortable, douche parfaite, espace largement suffisant, décoration "Made in Breizh", jardin fleuri, calme assuré, tarif toutes charges comprises, cidre de bienvenue, accueil sympathique, et la plage à un jet de galet. Un seul regret: une semaine, c'est trop court. Nous espérons n'avoir rien oublié. A part une paire de chaussettes... A consommer sans modération. Alain et Christine
