In Villandraut at the gates of the Sauternes, Graves and Landes forest vineyards, come and enjoy a rich historical heritage in an old house completely renovated in an enclosed wooded park of 5000 m2. The village at 1 km will offer you all types of shops, a swimming pool, restaurants and the possibility of canoeing on the river. A cycle track starts at 300 m from the house and an equestrian center at 50 m will offer you its services.
This house is composed on the ground floor:
- 1 equipped kitchen (gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, fridge; freezer, microwave oven),
- 1 bedroom with twin beds in 90 x 200,
- 1 bathroom with shower,
- 1 independent toilet,
- 1 large bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed,
- 1 large bathroom with shower, bath, double sink, wc, washing machine, dryer, hairdryer).
- 1 large living room with library,
- 1 dining area
- 1 access under awning for meals outside
First floor :
- 1 bedroom with twin beds 90 x 200
- 1 large children's area with 3 beds (1 in 90 x 190 and 2 in 90 x 200), many toys available
- 1 wc and 1 sink

Do you want calm? You can rest around the house under the trees in a beautiful enclosed plot with an old bread oven, a tree house for children, an awning under which you can take your meals around a large table, the shade of a vine trellis.
Fancy visiting vineyards? Our relationships with owners in Sauternes or Entre deux Mers will allow us to introduce you to quality wines.
Fancy history? You will be delighted by all the neighboring villages with a fascinating local history between medieval churches and castles.
In the mood for nature? Beautiful walks or bicycle rides await you in the shade of the pines.
Do you fancy gastronomy? Take advantage of the small weekly markets in the villages or meet up for gourmet evenings at the restaurant.
Want to seaside? An hour away you can go to the Arcachon basin, or further south to Biscarosse.

Gîte très bien situé, propre et confortable Excellent accueil. La maison est malheureusement assez sombre. Et certains équipements mériteraient un petit "coup de jeune" (canapé hors d'âge, meubles cassés). Un peu juste pour le prix demandé...

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison landaise belle , confortable et bénéficiant d'un très bel environnement.
Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la qualité de l'accueil de la propriétaire.
