About this house rental
Authenticity, charm of old stones, swimming in the pool at the foot of the terrace, very tree-filled and flowery garden, great calm, my house is located at the end of my dead end, private, with however the privilege of being only a few not from the city center and the Sorgue, and therefore all the amenities since you can do everything on foot, which is significant especially on big market days (Thursday and Sunday mornings). Calm, relaxation and refinement await you.
South side a 400m2 landscaped garden with cypress, olive trees, hydrangeas, roses, laurels, rhododindrons, etc. A large terrace to which is attached the 6 meter long swimming pool. At the bottom of the garden, towards the olive tree and the vineyard, a second, more shaded terrace perfect for meals ... where siesta! North side, a patio with a pretty fountain will make you want to bask more cool. So several terraces facing north and south are beautifully and comfortably furnished. So you will have the choice to take your meals either by the pool or more at the bottom of the garden. Finally inside my house, pleasantly cool in summer, a spacious cathedral living room will also enchant your evenings. Calm, charm and relaxation guaranteed. Each beautifully decorated room is completely independent. Each room overlooks the garden or patio and has its own bathroom.
Roses, fragrant jasmines, olive trees, hydrangeas, palm trees, cypresses, raspberries and grapes picked from the trellis will be there depending on the season. Without forgetting my goldfish pond!
The Provencal kitchen with a view of the garden is spacious (buffet, storage, chopping block and breakfast table) and functional. It is very pleasant to cook there.
My house is a small farmhouse, a Provençal-style mazet that has managed to retain all of its old charm, both outside and inside. Refined decoration.
The cathedral living room of approximately 40m2 and 4 meters high under the ceiling has a large fireplace. It is crossing opening with 2 large French doors to the south on the main garden and to the north on the patio. Beams are present everywhere in the house.

Nous avons été ravis de l emplacement de la maison si près du centre et pourtant si calme
Le logement est frais, fonctionnel, bien équipé et propre
Les photos ne trompent pas
Le jardin fleuri est superbe
Les nombreux emplacements pour se reposer ou partager un verre ou un repas sont bien choisis
Notre séjour s est super bien passé entre repos et découverte de la région

Jolie maison arborée très bien située a deux pas du centre ville et des commodités. Rien ne manque dans la maison. Piscine agréable. Je recommande !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à "La marelle", maison confortable, spacieuse et très bien équipée

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la piscine, indispensable pour nous rafraichir avec les fortes chaleurs que nous avons eu
Seul point à améliorer si je devais en dire un, la climatisation manquante. La propriétaire nous a promis de l'installer très prochainement, ce qui pourrait forcément nous faire revenir

Our expectation was based upon the charming photos many of which do not accurately show what exists. The property is in need of care & maintenance. Positives: The pool was pristine & nice walk to center of town. Not so good: The garden lacked care & pruning so few flowers were blooming, upon arrival the umbrella shown in the picture was broken & tossed in the garden, charming exterior & interior furniture & art that was shown in the photos had been changed (not for the better), the oven was broken (smoked), only one toilet that stopped flushing on day 3, no dressers or storage (lived out of our suitcases on the floor), we cleared space in the only closet so that we could hang up some clothing. Overall, disappointing. It could be such a lovely space with some cleaning, re-design & care.
