About this farm stay rental

Ideal location for this typical farmhouse, located on the crest of a hill north of the Alpilles.
Green, quiet, without any vis-à-vis, this beautiful house, partly stone, is embellished with a landscaped garden, vineyards and olive trees on more than 5 hectares enclosed.
Past the automated entrance gate, you will access the hiking trails, and mountain bike in the pine forest.
The Mas is facing south, renovated with quality (stone floor, aluminum joinery, integrated air conditioning with temperature control in each room upstairs),
It is composed of two parts, totally separated, the LODGING of 190 m2 (right part with floor of Mas), is completely independent with its private access road, its privative carpark, its fenced garden of low walls and wrought iron ensures a total occultation.

A beautiful shaded terrace under a wrought iron pergola (cane / vine), provides access to its private pool.

We recommend the rental for 8 people.

A seating area for 8 people is separated from the second terrace by a stone wall and its small wrought iron door.

The large pool (14m x 5m) HEATED (from June to September), and is PRIVATE with exclusive access to the tenants of the house. The pool is secured with a shutter if necessary. The Pool house with its 12 meters of comfortable benches protects from the sun, large sliding windows for hot days.
A new pool house with WC, walk-in shower is adjacent to the pool.
You will also have 8 sunbeds, a ping pong table, a giant trampoline.

You can have lunch in the morning at the garden furniture.
For meals you will find a large gas griddle and a WEBER gas grill, two tables are present: a marble under the lime tree, a retractable under the tempered glass pergola.
You will have access in all the park, and will be able to appreciate horse and pony in the early morning ...



The cottage has 5 bedrooms: 4 beds in 160cms, 4 beds in 90 cms (with new bedding), large walk-in closets, 3 bathrooms (2 walk-in showers, corner bath), 2 toilets.

Ground floor: no air conditioning but shaded terrace in summer. 3 LCD TVs on the wall.
Bedroom (1): 4 bunk beds in 90 cms,
Bathroom (1): Italian shower and basin.
Bedroom (2): 1 bed in 160 cms.
WC (1): independent, suspended, with hand wash.

Pool house: 1 walk-in shower and separate WC.
Upstairs: individually controlled air conditioning in the three bedrooms.

Bathroom (2): corner bath, two basins, WC, plenty of storage space.

The kitchen, recently renovated is fully equipped (Nespresso, American fridge with ice cubes, crushed ice, second mixed fridge with freezer, sparkling water soda stream, coffee maker, microwave, robots, oven pyrolysis, induction plates ...) and all the necessary to cook .
Washing machine, iron, ironing board ..
Equipment for children, a high chair, two beds with umbrella to baby bed linen.


On site you will have at your disposal (included in the price of the rent):
- (for 10 people max): bed linen, sheets, duvets, two bath towels per person, 1 pool towel per person,
 - household products including liquid washing machine and dishwasher for the first days.
-Food products (spices, sugar, flours, vinegar, pasta..)
- All charges are included: water, electricity, air conditioning, wi-fi including heated pool.
- A welcome basket (vegetables, fruits, olive oil ...) awaits you on the spot the day of the arrival.
-An explanatory workbook on the maintenance, the restaurants, essential places, the inventory of fixtures, the maintenance.
- 2 dry hair
- Cleaning end of stay included, but the mas must be in order, a minimum of cleaning is requested.
- Maid extra charge on request, preferably on Wednesdays.

Terms of rental:
Deposit: 1500 euros, to deposit the day of the arrival, not cashed and refunded The day of departure after the inventory of fixtures.
Deposit: 50% of the rental amount, when booking.
Balance to be paid on the day of arrival, on site.

The house is near a town called noves, about half an hour away is the luberon area which is lovely with lots of pretty villages and mountain areas with superb bike rides. You can’t really ride directly out of the property for a nice ride which is ashame. The house itself is next door to the owners but you can’t really hear anything and it feels private. There are other rentals around the house and on a couple of nights you could hear them in the pool and general noise but it didn’t bother us. The pool area is fantastic and has a sheltered seating area which is great for those wanting to be at the pool out of the sun. The eating area outside the kitchen is lovely in the evenings. The kitchen is well equipped with 2 fridge freezers and everything you could need.. The rest of the house is fine and clean. We didn’t use the lounge at all as you live outside. There can be drainage smells in the bathrooms as the house uses a septic tank but that goes when running the water. All in all a nice house and the hosts were there when needed but didn’t impose in any way.

We spent in July 2015 a week in this location. The house was correct described on this site: a very calm location on a hill outside Noves, the interior was very good, all necessary appliances were available and working, a great pool with nice relaxing area, airco in the sleeprooms above... We were with 2 families with 10 people and there was enough room in and around the house for us. The region is also interesting, within less then hour drive from eg Pont Du Gard, the sea, Luberon, Vaucluse with a lot of interesting sites to discover (don't forget Les Baux de Provence). I will not forget to mention the owners, who were very pleasant to deal with, very good communication, no issues at all. We will recommend this house to our friends. The left part of the house is not yet in use, which will give the house more sleeps in the future.
