It is with love that we have restored this old family farm Landes and we offer them to spend a pleasant and quiet.
30 minutes from Landes beaches, this cottage of 80 m² has just been renovated to accommodate you in a setting that combines authenticity, modernity and comfort.
You can enjoy a wonderful spacious covered terrace with garden furniture, in a wooded setting.
The dining room and lounge area have preserved their typical character with exposed beams and stone wall and rollers of the Gave, while the kitchen, by contrast very modern, has all the equipment necessary for your stay (air conditioning, microwave microwave, dishwasher, oven, etc ...).
Both rooms will seduce you with their decorations and current with soft colors.
Bathroom with bath / shower, laundry with washing machine, toilet, Dressing independent with sofa (possibility of an extra bed).

Pati et Jean-Claude sont des hôtes d'une extrême gentillesse, toujours prêts à rendre service. Le gîte qu'ils ont rénové est tout simplement parfait ! Un jardin magnifique, une belle piscine et une terrasse des plus agréables, il n'en pas plus pour passer les meilleures vacances qui soient !

Accueil très chaleureux. Séjour très agréable, calme et reposant. Gîte spacieux et bien situé pour visiter la côte et les grandes villes proches. Un grand merci à Pati et Jean Claude

Alles war in Ordnung, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Es ist gut zu wissen, dass keine Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt werden und wer beim Schlafen einen Kissenbezug wie in D bevorzugt und eine bezogene Zudecke, sollte zumindest ein Leintuch, um es unter die Synthetikdecke zu legen und einen Kissenbezug mitnehmen. Alles war aber sauber und frisch gewaschen

Cette propriété est un peu éloignée de tout commerces il faut absolument une voiture pour ne pas être bloqués sur place. Elle est cependant idéalement située pour sillonner la région et se rendre rapidement en Espagne. Les propriétaires sont des plus accueillants serviables et disponibles. Seul bémol la piscine n'est pas chauffée impossible pour nous d'en profiter car - de 20 degrés. Sinon tout était parfait !
