It is a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home which comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests with DIRECT BEACH ACCESS from the backyard and is within walking distance to Flagler Ave. In addition, a BRAND NEW 6 seater ICON electric street legal golf cart with beach access pass is available for rent at an unbeatable rate.
The open floor plan of the bottom level offers spectacular ocean views from the main living & dining area along with 2 guest bedrooms. The main living spaces are complemented by original heart-of-pine hardwood floors & white plank-wood & beam ceilings, a large dining room table and two separate seating areas to relax, read and watch TV.
The first bedroom, boasts 1 king bed & an en-suite 1/2 bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size Murphy bed & twin bunk beds and can sleep up to 4 guests. Unique to this room are opaque french doors leading to the living room therefore providing ocean views and natural light. The shared bathroom for all guests on this level hosts a chic vintage standing tub. The quaint kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, microwave and a retro-inspired refrigerator, making this space aesthetically appealing.
Climb up the chic stairwell to the second floor to the OCEANFRONT KING MASTER SUITE where you will be captivated by OCEAN VIEWS, the large DECK, cathedral ceiling, and wall-to-wall windows. Perfect spot with a beautiful pool and great access to the beach! From booking to leaving Natasja was wonderful to work with. The house is very spacious!! Great access to restaurants and shops! Highly recommend!

We had the best time at the beach. The location is wonderful, in walking distance to everything. We got the golf cart but it really wasn’t needed everything is so close. The house was perfect for our family and has everything you need. Plenty of space for 6-8 people. Wonderful access to the beach and pool. We will for sure be back.

House was very clean and there IWas a lot of space for our family. Walk right out to the pool and then the beach! Pool was very clean! We rented a golf cart and drove on the beach which was a highlight of our trip. We would definitely come back to this house.

We enjoyed our stay, the private beach access with lifeguard, golf kart, proximity to town and the hot tub were wonderful. The only negatives are the stairs to the second level are narrow and small and the bathrooms downstairs and very small. The property manager was fabulous to deal with and was quick to respond and resolve issues. We would definitely return.
