Apartment overlooking the sea and the port, with a large terrace (dining area and relaxation area). 2 large bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom, an equipped kitchen (oven, hob, microwave, Dolce Gusto and Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer ...), and a lounge with TV (French TNT HD and Spanish channels and some international), free WiFi. The beach is a 2 minute walk. The apartment is air conditioned / heated (possibly for "winter"). Safe available in the room. Calm environment, supermarket at 2 minutes by foot, tram at 10 minutes (serving in particular Alicante, Benidorm, Altea, Calpe ...).

TRES BEL APPARTEMENT, TRES FONCTIONNEL ET TRES BIEN EQUIPE

L'appartement est dans un ancien immeuble mais a été parfaitement restauré. Il est très bien équipé, équipement à l'identique d'une résidence principale, autant au niveau cuisine qu'équipements techniques (wifi, chaines françaises)! Il est bien situé, 300 mètres du bord de mer et avec des commerces à 400 mètres. L'arrivée peut surprendre car l'entrée du bâtiment donne sur un parking et un espace pas très bien entretenu par la commune, mais ce détail est vite oublié sachant que la vision depuis l'appartement donne sur le port et la mer. Les plus de cet appartement : très propre, spacieux, climatisé, bien placé, calme. Le moins pour certaines personnes : au 3eme étage sans ascenseur. Je recommande sans hésitation.
