You will enjoy the large spaces of this cottage which can accommodate up to 7 people with its 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine. A spacious dining room with bay windows revealing the swimming pool, the terrace and its barbecue for enjoying meals and grilling outside. A fully equipped kitchen where you will enjoy cooking for your friends or family. 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets. All the comfort you need for a pleasant stay.
For cool winter evenings, a fireplace to warm you around a wood fire.
In summer, the indoor fountain in the living room will give you an impression of freshness.
For your summer or winter days, the Pyrenees offer you a large choice of walks, bikes and cars. You will be less than 20 minutes from Spain, 30 minutes from the beaches and 40 minutes from Perpignan.
We will be happy to give you all the tips and secrets that abound in this corner.

For animal lovers, we have a farm 7km away with deer, fallow deer, mouflons, wild boars, goats, sheep, cows, horses, poultry, pigs ... which we visit with pleasure during a 4x4 excursion.

We had a wonderful family holiday in Martin’s great house. The view is incredible, and the pool is just amazing and really deep. Lots of diving competitions! The beds are comfy and the big living area is perfect for hot weather. We loved the strange indoor drippy waterfall feature. There are many toilets and bathrooms. The kitchen is lovely to cook in. Lots of fridge space and a good cooker and lots of elbow room for multiple family cooks. Céret is a great town to get to know. We loved finding the Cascade waterfall swimming spot. We had a really good time and would love to return one day. Thanks Martin!

The location may be better suited for the warmer months. It can get a little chilly in fall and winter, with cold marble floors in most of the rooms. But there is a cozy working fireplace and the electric heating is robust. It also feels remote, with a long, winding drive to get to the house. The décor is minimalist but functional. The kitchen is very well equipped. Some essentials like salt, pepper, sugar, coffee and cooking oil would have been a nice added touch. We also wish there had been some soap in the bathrooms. It is very private and secluded. Our host was extremely friendly and helpful.

This is a fantastic house in a beautiful location. Yes there is a long road winding up the mountain to get there, but that is the price you pay for the amazing views. The owner was very friendly and helpful and we really appreciated the gift of the delicious melons. This is probably the nicest house we have stayed in - I totally recommend it

Beautiful property with ample of space and decorated with lovely furnishings, outside a fantastic pool with the most picturesque views of the mountains, although the road up to the property was a bit of a nightmare especially when on a motorbike
