Cottage situated 5 kilometers from Chinon.
Old house in tufa, completely restored in 2013. It consists of:
Ground floor: living room / lounge open kitchen, a bathroom / WC
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms and a play area / play, very popular with children
The cottage has a private garden of 75 m², a covered terrace, a lockable bike shed.
In addition to the private outdoor space, our large garden near the house, is open to our guests with trampoline, badminton net, slide.

Bags of character but still with all mod cons to suit. Easy to find and the owners were great, basically let us get on with it. Lovely private enclosed garden and in the perfect location for either getting into Chinon or into the countryside and cycling through the sunflowers and vinyards.

Accueil sympathique, gite très agréable et plein de charme, bien conçu et bien aménagé/équipé. La situation est idéale pour découvrir la région, les vélos sont un vrai plus. Nous recommandons vivement!

Nous avons apprécié le confort et l'équipement du gîte. En effet, cette vieille bâtisse toute rénovée a beaucoup de charme, de plus le mobilier et les équipements variés sont neufs et très fonctionnels. La mise à disposition des vélos est un grand plus. A noter que le gîte se trouve à proximité de sentiers pédestres et cyclables dont la Loire à Vélo. Le propriétaire a été très disponible et a su répondre à nos interrogations. Nous recommandons vivement ce gîte !

J ai été déçu par le gite. Il faisait très froid et nous avons dû payer 1 note de chauffage en partant. Le propriétaire nous à rien dit sur la consommation du chauffage. Dommage c est 1 gite que je ne recommanderais pas

Très jolie maison, bien équipée mais ... mauvaise surprise au départ de devoir payer la facture d'électricité pour le chauffage pour 3 nuits alors que nous suivi les réglages préconisés par le propriétaire. Après vérification, aucune information sur ce surcout n’était disponible lors de la réservation et aucun correctif n'a été apporté sur l'annonce depuis, malgré une alerte a Abritel.

Gite impeccable, très bien équipé et chaleureux. Petit bémol sur le dialogue avec le propriétaire un peu trop réservé mais neanmoins très gentil et arrangeant sur les horaires. Dommage que la cheminée ne soit pas en service :( Mérite largement ses 4 étoiles.

Tout a été parfait : l'accueil, le gîte, l'emplacement, le calme.... De rares voisins mais aucun vis-à-vis. Le gîte était idéal pour accueillir notre famille de 4. On peut y faire dormir une 5ème personne sans souci. Toutes les informations contenues dans l'annonce sont conformes, nous n'avons eu aucune mauvaise surprise et ne pouvons que recommander cette adresse.

Excellente location

Excellente location

Notre famille a été ravie de notre séjour dans ce gite. Tout est parfaitement bien aménagé pour le confort des locataires, la maison est décorée avec gout et soin, la literie est confortable, la cuisine est propre et équipée de tout dont on a besoin. Nous avons utilisé le vélo prêté par les propriétaires, il marche très bien. On peut aller en vélo à Chinon, ou bien direction Saumur, les pistes cyclables sont nombreuses et la maison est très bien située pour les balades à vélo. Je conseille cette location pour tous les amoureux de la nature, les environs sont merveilleux, il y a des châteaux à visiter avec des magnifiques jardins (Villandry), le centre-ville médiéval de Chinon est à voir absolument. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux (mon mari a apprécié la bouteille de vin de bienvenu), leurs conseils pour les visites. Le seul bémol était la pluie à la fin de la semaine, nous n'avons pas pu visiter tout ce qui était prévu, nous reviendrons en été!

Nous conseillons la découverte de cette belle région, riche en patrimoine et en cadres naturels de qualité, grâce aux vélos mis gracieusement à disposition par des propriétaires très sympathiques et accueillants. A renouveler.
