**( Must Rent 30 Days ) ** Total remodeling from ceiling to floor, wide open kitchen with SS appliances, wood cabinets and granite counter tops, computer desk with FREE WIFI and high speed internet integrated in the kitchen. New efficient Air conditioning system. New washer and dryer in the unit’s large laundry room, master bedroom with King size bed, 32” flat screen HDTV with DVD player multi zone, modern master bathroom with glass top vanity and Toto toilet, new shower tub with glass door and a large walk in closet. The great room with 40” flat screen HDTV with DVD player multi zone has a western exposure boosting great Florida sunsets, large patio doors give a great open space feeling and lots of breeze when the temperature cools off. The dining area with glass top table and four leather chairs will accommodate four guests for gourmet meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen. The breakfast bar in granite is 9 feet long with four adjustable bar stools. The 1200 SQF apartment has a spilt floor plan and the guest quarters are located on the east side, the bed room with a new Queen size bed, a 26' flat screen HDTV night tables, dresser and spacious closet will please guests and family alike, the bathroom with modern vanity, Toto toilet, bath tub and porcelain tiles is very comfortable. The condo is located on the fourth floor in building 9 (five floors building), the complex has two large swimming pools, fitness center and over 20 tennis courts. Ideally located east of 95 and just west of US1, 30 minutes from Ft Lauderdale airport, 15 minutes from Boca Town center, 15 minutes from West Palm Beach airport and 20 minutes from West Palm Beach City Center.

Annies condo was AMAZING!!
The pictures accurately portray all the amenities of this condo.
It has been completely remodelled with very modern touches.
It was just like being at home equipped with everything and more to completely enjoy the time there.
It was immaculately clean and the beds were very comfortable.
It is well situated within a 10 minute drive to Delray Beach and the beaches. The pool area was very nice with lots of chairs and shade if required.
Annie was an outstanding host and we could see she cared about our stay when she greeted us upon arrival.
Annie was a very good communicator throughout the rental process.
We would certainly stay at Annies condo in the future

C'est notre deuxième séjour dans ce condo et nous allons sûrement y revenir. Le condo a été entièrement rénové avec de la tuile céramique sur toute sa surface et une cuisine bien équipée. Il y a deux chambres avec des lits king et queen ainsi qu'une salle de lavage avec laveuse et sécheuse. Ce que nous aimons particulièrement de ce condo, qui se trouve sur le complexe Delray Beach Racket Club, c'est qu'il est à proximité ( moins de 6 à 7 minutes) de la plage, de Atlantic Avenue et de ses nombreux restaurants et boutiques. En vélo on atteint la A1A, le paradis des amateurs de vélo de route, en moins de 10 minutes et de nombreux terrains de golf se trouvent à moins de 30 minutes. De plus le complexe comprend trois piscines, et 24 terrains de tennis en terre battue très bien entretenus.
La propriétaire Annie est toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et c'est un véritable plaisir de transiger avec elle. Nous n'avons aucune hésitation à recommander ce condo aux personnes qui désirent passer quelques mois en Floride dans la région de Delray.
