About this house rental
Single storey house with 500m2 garden. Including a living room with kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, coffee maker). a bathroom (washing machine) separate toilet. A room 160 bed and bedroom 2 beds 90. A lounge with TV and integrated DVD player. Outdoor seating and parking. House located 700 meters from the beach, 500 meters from a hypermarket. No wifi on site, but free at the tourist office located 500 m.
There is no possibility to have foreign TV channels
A deposit of 250 euros will be required upon arrival and will be returned at the end of stay if no damage is found

Une belle maison très bien située, le cadre est typique de Saint Hilaire de Riez. Proche de la plage de Sion sur l'Océan (10min à pieds) et du centre commerciale Hyper U (5min à pieds). Idéal pour une famille avec ado ou enfants en bas âge. La maison est très bien rénovée avec une terrasse et un jardin, appréciable pour se garer. A recommander sans hésiter ;)

Maison tout confort, spacieuse et très bien aménagée, et l'emplacement est idéal. L'accueil était très chaleureux, nous avons passé un super moment, nous la conseillons vivement !
