The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming single-storey house for rent in Bouin, just 500 metres from the harbour. It has a floor area of 75 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully fitted kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with a bath), and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 1,000 m².
The property is laid out as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with a single sofa bed and a TV
- A fully fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and food processor...
- Bedroom 1: an electric double bed (140×190), with a cot and an en-suite bathroom featuring a bath, walk-in shower and toilet
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140×190) and a bunk bed
- Utility room with a separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outdoors:
- A beautiful 1,000 m² garden surrounded by salt marshes and a 35 m² south-facing terrace, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
