About this house rental
The villa Marée Vous is classified as a 4-star furnished tourist accommodation and has received the "Naturellement Bassin" label from the Arcachon Bassin tourist office. The house we offer is a reproduction of the Bassin fishermen's huts, with all the comforts for a soothing holiday. Ideal for stays up to 8 people, with family, friends, with or without children. The villa Marée Vous is a typical pond house, new, all in wood, with great accessibility for people with reduced mobility, great comfort and quality services adapted for an unforgettable stay between land and sea.
Its fully enclosed garden and not overlooked will allow your children to flourish in complete safety. Sun or shade, you will find the atmosphere you want for your moments of rest outdoors. You will take advantage of its "Arcachon Bay" atmosphere for your meals prepared on the plancha.
The Bassin is 800 m away, you will find a beach with snack bar - Aquagym and entertainment all summer for children and adults.
A supermarket at 50 m, a supermarket at 400 m, the post office, a bank, the pharmacy, the media library and the entertainment center at 100 m, nothing is missing for daily necessities!
You will also enjoy the Cassy Golf course and the Lanton equestrian center, it's really close by.
All the products of the basin, oysters and seafood are offered by local fishermen close to the house. A perfect and unforgettable atmosphere.
The cycle path is 150 m. The long bike rides will take you to Andernos, then to the ocean or even to Cap Ferret.
The house is ideally located between the Pyla dune and the tip of Cap Ferret. Very close to ocean beaches, kite and surf spots!
Household linen (duvet covers, hand and table towels, rags) is provided.

We stayed here for about 10 Days with 6 people and every daystill felt like home. First about the Mansion itself: the beds are very big even for tall people and you have enough space for the two of you still. Every room has its own shower and sink so no waiting in the morning for everyone to get ready. The kitchen and dishes are very nice and various. We enjoyed cooking here alot because even when we didn't know how the machines work, there was a manual for everything in the House. Everything. The terrace was the best place in the whole Mansion, we mostly breakfasted and had dinner here or just sat there and enjoyed our stay because it was so beautiful.
We were very happy about the Location of the Mansion because everything was close to us, a little grocery Store right around the corner and the big one 15min away. The beach was reachable in a 20min walk. If we wanted to go further we just went to the Bus station 5 min away.
Now about the organization:
there is not much to say except it was perfect. The communication was very good and there were absolut no Problems at all. Despite the language barrier all went well.
So in the End it was a very very nice Vacation of ours and very easy to organize. Thank you for the amazing Stay!

We enjoyed the stay very much! The house is well equipped and nicely decorated with a terrace allowing for BBQ and eating, and a small garden furnitured for relaxing.
The bakery and groceries are close as well as the beach.
There are many little amenities that made it cosy and enjoyable. This was one of the best locations we have had so far.

Beautiful, very well arranged and modernly equipped property in a beautiful, quiet location, walking distance to food stores and next to biking trails. Biking distance to the bay. Private patio with shade. I strongly recommend this place!
