Large dining room table seats 10. 1st floor master bedroom features a walk in steam shower and large jacuzzi tub, and cable tv. 1st floor living area features gorgeous panoramic views of Owasco Lake, gas fire place, leather furniture and 60" smart tv. Family Game Room w/ bar and poker table, w/ 60" smart tv. Leather furniture and queen pull out sofa. 1st floor laundry. 2 twin cot beds. 2nd Floor: 2 king bedrooms off living room that features 55"' TV with firestick, cable, dvd, lounge sofas and games. HUGE Patio overlooking the lake from 2nd floor landing, sunbathing chairs and patio table for 10. 3rd floor: King bedroom has private deck/entrance, jacuzzi tub for 2, step in shower, private bathroom. Whole house is 5,500 sq. ft !! Lake access from Private deck and dock. Fire pit. 4 Kayaks and Row Boat. Patio furniture. Luxurious bedding and bath towels provided. All detergents and paper products provided. Gas grill with propane provided. Wifi, Cable, Air-Conditioner in each bedroom and AC unit in living room on main floor. Centrally located to Historic Auburn, Skaneateles, Ithaca, Syracuse and Fingerlakes wineries. Marina for boat rental, Merry-Go-Round theater and Auburn public theater, Restaurants, Shopping @ Destiny USA or Waterloo Outlets. Awesome house. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. We cooked dinner 4 nights. Kitchen was huge with super large refrigerator/freezer. Rented a boat and docked it at property. Will definitely come back.

The space was great for 12 people! We absolutely loved it and will definitely stay again! The lake views are absolutely stunning!

Place was nice. Tons of space which was key for our family. Biggest complaint was there is no central air and the space was 88-90 degrees upon arrival. They had window units in bedrooms and portable cooling units in common areas. Not nearly big enough to cool the entire space. We reached out to the host and they added a couple of portable units while we were out for rehearsal dinner. Overnight the space cooled down to a manageable temperature so the wedding party could get ready the next day. Nice place overall.. host was responsive / helpful.
