Large dining room table seats 10. 1st floor master bedroom features a walk in steam shower and large jacuzzi tub, and cable tv. 1st floor living area features gorgeous panoramic views of Owasco Lake, gas fire place, leather furniture and 60" smart tv. Family Game Room w/ bar and poker table, w/ 60" smart tv. Leather furniture and queen pull out sofa. 1st floor laundry. 2 twin cot beds. 2nd Floor: 2 king bedrooms off living room that features 55"' TV with firestick, cable, dvd, lounge sofas and games. HUGE Patio overlooking the lake from 2nd floor landing, sunbathing chairs and patio table for 10. 3rd floor: King bedroom has private deck/entrance, jacuzzi tub for 2, step in shower, private bathroom. Whole house is 5,500 sq. ft !! Lake access from Private deck and dock. Fire pit. 4 Kayaks and Row Boat. Patio furniture. Luxurious bedding and bath towels provided. This was a very desirable home with lots of amenities. The kitchen is large and had all necessary items. The lake is across the road and easy to access. However, they could update the stairs and as a portion of the steps were a little unsafe. Overall, it was great place for a reunion for our friends and had lots of space for all of us. As it came closer to the time of the occupancy, the owners were more responsive. Earlier, I had messaged them several times, but never received response. It was unclear if you were messaging a property manager or an owner. Overall, I would rate this place very highly and recommend it.

Property was clean and well equipped! The house is huge and there is plenty of room to spread out. Beautiful lake views and fun swimming by the doc. Close to town if you need anything. The kitchen is massive.

Outstanding experience from the planning process through our final departure. Nikki, our host extraordinaire was personable, accommodating and always there if we needed anything at all. Great location between Aurora and Skaneateles Lake which was ideal for the experiences and attractions that we were interested in. The property was spacious and well equipped with everything we needed to make the house seem like a home away from home. The views of Lake Owasco welcomed us every morning and set the vibe for the rest of the day. Highly recommend a stay here, especially with groups of 6 or more. Plenty of space for everyone to find their happy place!

Place was nice. Tons of space which was key for our family. Biggest complaint was there is no central air and the space was 88-90 degrees upon arrival. They had window units in bedrooms and portable cooling units in common areas. Not nearly big enough to cool the entire space. We reached out to the host and they added a couple of portable units while we were out for rehearsal dinner. Overnight the space cooled down to a manageable temperature so the wedding party could get ready the next day. Nice place overall.. host was responsive / helpful.
