Wonderful property, so handy for the beach and just a stroll away from the shops and restaurants of Royan. Stephane is a great host, so friendly and helpful. Also we were lucky enough to be met by Stephane’s charming parents. All in all a great stay. Mike and Dot August ‘23

Bel appartement plein de charme vous avez juste à traverser la route pour profiter de la vue mer le centre ville est à côté avec tous les commerces Propriétaires discrets et charmants A recommander !

L’appartement est bien placé, à deux pas de la plage , dans un quartier calme et tranquille .Il est très bien décoré, avec un mobilier neuf et très soigné.Il y a de grands dressings très pratiques et les chambres sont assez spacieuses. Plusieurs points négatifs néanmoins : le lave vaisselle de très petite taille pour 4 personnes , la faible pression à la sortie de la pomme de douche mobile , il faudrait préciser également dans l’annonce qu’il s’agit d’un appartement en sous sol et du coup on ne profite pas vraiment de la vue sur la mer ainsi que l’absence de terrasse. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles et réactifs à nos demandes.
