Designed to warmly welcome up to 10 guests (ideal for 3 couples and 4 children), this recent residence without vis-à-vis promises you an unforgettable holiday under the sign of comfort, space and independence.
Redecorated with modern finesse in 2022, our single-storey villa stands as a haven of peace just 5 minutes from the dynamism of Porto Vecchio and 6 minutes from the paradisiacal shores of Calarossa. and a few steps from emblematic places such as the restaurant Le Figuier and the Super U, it benefits from a privileged location.
In the heart of a private development, our villa is distinguished by its private garden of 1300 m2, a luxury cubic design, and a terrace suspended in the rocks that invites you to immerse yourself in an exceptional natural setting. The living room, open and bright, with its equipped kitchen and contemporary furniture, is the scene of moments of sharing and conviviality.
The living space is completed by:
- An air-conditioned living room, equipped with comfortable sofas, TNT television, PS4, DVD, and more, for entertaining evenings.
- A welcoming dining room, facing a fully equipped American kitchen, promising memorable meals.
- Three air-conditioned bedrooms, with high quality bedding and satellite TV, guaranteeing rest and privacy with each shower room sink and toilet.
- A dedicated children's area, with 4 bunk beds and air conditioning, designed for the happiness of the youngest and also shower room and toilet
Utility room with washing machine, dryer, extra fridge plus freezer.
Parking for 2 cars in front of the house
The exterior enriches your stay with a petanque court, a ping-pong table for leisure, and a great Weber gas barbecue for perfect grilling. Each piece of equipment, indoor and outdoor, is chosen for its superb quality, ensuring comfort and luxury.
Our centerpiece is undoubtedly the magnificent swimming lane style swimming pool, surrounded by the natural beauty of the rocks and offering stunning mountain views from the upstairs terrace, ping pong table and bocce court.
Included in your stay, linen, cleaning services on request (20€/h, minimum 3h), and a personalized welcome by Marlene who will guide you through the wonders of our villa, ensuring exceptional condition and a perfect setting for a dream holiday.

Summary of reviewsThe house is new and beautifully decorated. The pool is lovely and the garden layout provides a sense of separation from neighbors. Despite minor issues like mold in the showers and limited kitchen equipment, overall it was a good stay.

La maison est neuve et très joliment décorée. La piscine est très belle et même si le jardin n’est pas immense, l’aménagement fait qu’on se sent bien séparés des voisins.
Seuls bémols: le sol des douches à l’italienne est moisi (du fait d’une mauvaise conception l’eau stagne) ce n’est pas très agréable, un peu plus d’équipement dans la cuisine serait agréable ( dessous de plat…), le ménage d’entrée pourrait être plus poussé ( nous avons trouvé une culotte dans le panier à linge sale 😉). Bon à savoir: la literie est très ferme dans la majorité des chambres. Beaucoup trop ferme pour nous mais j’imagine que cela peut plaire à certaines personnes.
Ce sont des détails donc nous avons passé un bon séjour.
