With a surface area of 100 m2 and with 7 beds, you will enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea, the many terraces, with your friends or with 2 families. The beach of La FOSSETTE is accessible by taking the customs path from the Villa, or directly by its land which gives access to a small gate to the rocks of the beach only 10 meters from the sea for a holiday WITH YOUR FEET IN THE WATER.
The house has all the necessary comfort to spend a quiet and independent holiday:
- 3 separate bedrooms, 1 double bed of 2.00mx1.90m and 5 single beds (3 of which are 1.80m x 0.90m)

The rental also includes high-speed internet access with fiber, access to a private parking space (under pergola) and a private closed garage. The rental includes linen, for the double bed in the large bedroom and the other five beds in the other 2 bedrooms (sheets and pillowcases, bath towels). Towels for THE BEACH ARE NOT PROVIDED. Pets are not allowed due to the land which is not enclosed.
