About this house rental
House renovated in 2018, located at the foot of the mountains at Allevard les Bains.
The house is 1 hour drive from Geneva and Lyon, and 30 minutes from Grenoble.
The ski slopes are 20min and the center of the village 5min with access to shops, cinema, and thermal area
The house has on the main level a large living room with lounge, dining room and kitchen, plus 1 living room / separate bedroom. Upstairs, a master suite including dressing room and bathroom, a double room, 1 twin room and a bathroom.
The swimming pool 12x4 is heated from May to October, the spa usable in the year.
Panoramic fireplace, barbecue, playground for children, large parking, land landscape, lake and mountains views.
Minimum rental 2 nights summer and winter

A great way to start our French holiday. House is great and the pool area even better. Was very well equipped and local amenities had everything we needed.

We had a great couple of weeks, the house was lovely, the views are amazing. Allevard is a great town with plenty of choice of restaurants. WiFi in the house was a bit patchy in the bedrooms but the teenagers coped! Communications with Remi were easy and quick, we would definitely return and recommend

We’ve stayed here a couple of years ago and liked the location and decent price. The hot tub is nice and it’s pet friendly. The primary bedroom is spacious with a comfortable bed. The other two rooms are pretty basic. It would be nice if they had LVT throughout the main floor as I think the carpet should be changed (mentioned this previously) basics I. Stock including laundry detergent.

Nous avons passé un séjour d'une semaine entre amis dans cette maison moderne. L'emplacement est idéal et les espaces extérieurs de qualité. La piscine (non chauffée) et le jacuzzi sont fidèles aux photos et agréables.
Si à première vue la maison présente de beau matériaux (béton ciré dans la cuisine et salle de séjour par exemple) ils sont assez contraignants (éviter les éclaboussures d'eau dans la cuisine, ne pas marcher pieds nus dans l'escalier...) Enfin des éléments de bon sens ne sont pas présents : 2 verres à bière et aucun verre à vin pour une maison pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes (nous en avons acheté sur place), un barbecue non nettoyé, une maison remplie des affaires des propriétaires si bien que nous avons l'impression d'être accueillis chez des amis (cela n'est pas dérangeant en soi mais nous l'avons découvert une fois sur place). Attention également au voisinage, très sensible au bruit (nous n'étions pourtant que 4 et avons fait attention).
En bref, la maison présente un atout majeur: les espaces extérieurs, mais certains aspects peuvent faire regretter un prix à la semaine si élevé.
