About this chalet rental
Old farmhouse in the Upper Breda Valley under renovation with noble materials. The finished part is rented; the rest of the house is still under renovation, the surroundings are not yet cared for on the northern part, where the cars are parked. The rest of the frame is admirable. In summer, the large covered terrace allows you to eat, relax and admire the landscape, lake, river, mountain, sunset and reflection of the sun on the lake ...

The house adjoins Lake Fond de France where it is possible to fish for beautiful trout (50 cm), 6 km from the station 7 Laux, Le Pleynet side.
Possibility of various sports activities such as skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, sled dogs, ski touring; in summer, lovers of hiking, mountain biking, horse riding, idleness will find the leisure to attend.
Shuttle for the station to 1 euro the round trip.
The village is 3 kilometers away and has a grocery store, a bakery.

Nous (famille de 7 personnes) avons passé une excellente semaine aux sports d'hiver dans ce chalet confortable, le propriétaire était tellement sympathique que nous l'avons invité à partager une excellente croziflette !
Le cadre est magnifique en hiver et je ne doute pas qu'il soit aussi beau en été. La station des 7 Laux (que je recommande aussi) est proche (une navette passe à proximité) et les activités autres que le ski ne manquent pas.
A peine parti et j'ai déjà envie d'y retourner !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Christophe dans son chalet chaleureux situé dans un site magnifique. Christophe nous a réservé un très bon accueil, a été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous recommandons vivement.

Un Week-end parfait pour mes 25 ans
Hôte très accueillant ,chalet spacieux original , décors magnifique, station 7 laux à 10 min, nombreuses activités disponible aux alentours , fortement conseillé à tout les voyageurs et amoureux des beaux paysages

Tout semblait parfait sur le papier pour passer une superbe semaine entre amis, isolés loin des foules et dans un environnement idyllique en bord de lac. Ne vous y trompez pas, le cadre est tout simplement magnifique ! Malheureusement, nous avons vite déchanté à notre arrivée.
En effet, s'il est bien précisé que des rénovations sont en cours, il n'était aucunement indiqué sur l'annonce (du moins, au moment de notre réservation et ce jusqu'à notre arrivée) que le propriétaire vivait sur place (dans une partie du chalet collée à l'espace loué) et que les parties extérieures seraient partagées avec lui et les woofeurs accueillis chez lui. En réservant, nous pensions donc payer pour louer l'ensemble du chalet... Heureusement (et nous l'en remercions), Christophe s'est montré tolérant vis à vis du bruit que nous avons pu régulièrement faire jusque tard dans la nuit.
Second point de déception : la propreté et les défauts du logement. Le chalet est grand et Christophe mène seul les travaux (ce qui est tout à son honneur) depuis de nombreuses années. La partie louée est terminée mais non exempte de défauts majeurs (frigo qui fuit, baignoire du 1er qui goute sur la table de la salle à manger, velux d'une chambre qui laisse passer la pluie sur un lit en cas d'orage).
En soi, la rusticité d'un chalet de montagne n'est pas dérangeante surtout que Christophe n'est pas maitre de la météo. Il est cependant dommage que le prix de la location soit si élevé compte tenu de ces désagréments et de la propreté du lieu (beaucoup de poussière, deux d'entre nous étant allergiques, ils ont dû faire le ménage à fond dans les chambres). Si Christophe s'est montré compréhensif et actif dans la résolution de nos désagréments, le prix en haute saison ne nous parait pas justifié.
Nous en profitons pour le remercier une fois de plus pour les précieux conseils qu'il nous a donné afin de visiter la région.
En définitive, nous n'avons pas passé les vacances que nous imaginions et nous ne nous sommes jamais sentis pleinement à l'aise dans le chalet ; ce qui ne nous a pas empêché de passer d'excellents moments dans ce cadre magique (les amis sont là pour ça !).
